There were a few issues during our stay. Although each was managed as requested, these are things I believe shouldn't be an issue with a well maintained rental. First, we arrived and attempted to cut on lights to the upstairs, but nothing worked. Investigated led us to a flipped breaker. Ok, handled. Second, we attempted to turn on televisions, only to find either batteries were dead, or there were no batteries to speak of in the remotes! We requested batteries from property management, and they brought them the next day. Lamps were also missing bulbs throughout the condo. On day two, we found ants throughout the dining and kitchen areas, and was told terminix was coming, but we had to manage ourselves with ant spray. We had to be creative to keep our food safe. Another issue was the towel count. There are not enough towels and washcloths for the number of bedrooms/bathrooms of this property. We had to do laundry everyday. Finally, the house could use some clean up at the front door. Wading through live and dead spiders with webs to get to the front door knob was just gross.
Although all these complaints seem minor, which they were, I want to give honest feedback on the details that can make this good property exceptional.
