Vår villa ligger på Tuscan Ridge, en prestigefylld, lugn och vacker gemenskap i hjärtat av Florida. Det ligger strax utanför US Highway 27 och 3 miles norr om I-4, så att du kan köra till Walt Disney World på 20 minuter eller spela många golfbanor, några ligger bara några minuter från toskanska kanten.

Du kommer att älska villans öppen planlösning med mysig och rymlig familj och vardagsrum, båda med utsikt över poolområdet och direkt tillgång till poolen genom altandörrar. Rummen är vackert inredda, med bekväma soffor. Två master sovrum med badrum har direkt tillgång till den privata poolen. De två tvåbäddsrum delar badrum. Det finns fem platt-TV i villan. Alla rum är utrustade med takfläkt. Det välutrustade köket öppnar i vardagsrummet med en formell matsal för speciella tillfällen, en frukostplats och bar. Du kommer att njuta av en skärmad pool (tillval uppvärmning tillgängligt) och en stor L-formad Lanai med fläktar, lampor och vadderad pool möbler. The pool was great area around pool could use a power wash on concrete, refrigerator could be updated as ice and water dispencer was non functionable with a sign do not use, A/C was good throughout house except 2nd mater suite were it was not as efficient. Very peaceful neiborhood and the house was well stocked also easy communication with owner and property manager

Quite a nice little place away from the hustle and bustle. The pool was a hit with the kids with quite a few floaties and toys provided. The beds were all comfortable as were the furnishings. The games room was a nice bonus too. I would recommend this place for families or just couples as it has a little of everything. The hosts were very communicative and addressed any concerns or questions promptly.

This rental was excellent for March break with our kids. We used it as a launch point for our Orlando area activities including discovery cove and Disney world. We’ve rented a number of properties in and around Davenport, champions gate and four corners and this as one of the better ones. House is located on a nice quiet back part of a well established neighbourhood. We enjoyed the swimming pool - we got it heated for our stay and loved coming home at the end of a long day to swim. The layout of the house was great and the management company had some nice little touches set up for us when we got there including decorative towels folded into designs and soaps out etc. our boys loved the games room and playing ping pong. I loved that I could do a little laundry before heading home. Communication with hosts was also quick and hassle free at every point from booking to checking in. They even checked in with us twice to make sure our stay was going well. All in all excellent spot for us

The property was in a nice quiet area, its an older property perhaps a little dated i suppose, but we loved it there we stayed for a month we found everything we needed within the home, the pool was nice and private. The location of the home was great within easy reach of the theme parks and plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent a week of our holiday in Davenport and the choice fell on this holiday home. We did not regret that decision. It was paradise to come home to after a long day at one of the theme parks. We spent a lot of time in the pool area and found the house well equipped and comfortable.

My family and I really our stay. Everything was just as advertised. Your home was very welcoming and spacious. The convenience of grocery stores and restaurants was also a plus. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who asks for help with lodging in Orlando.

The house is large enough that adults and teens found space to relax, watch TV, read, and do crafts. The bedrooms were great for us. The teens loved the pool. It was clean as was the area around it. They lived in the pool except at mealtime.

It was HOT HOT outside and we couldn’t set the air conditioner under 74! The house was very HOT! Trying to sleep in a HOT house was miserable! Other than that the house was beautiful and clean and so was the pool. However if you have anyone who has asthma or other breathing issues don’t stay here! They definitely need to upgrade the air conditioner. There was a sign on air that said if you set below 74 it would freeze up and you had to pay for someone to come fix it! Upgrade your air conditioner and that wouldn’t be an issue. There is a play room for the kids but it’s in the garage and no air out there…kids couldn’t even use due to it being too hot! Can’t cook in the house due to it heating up over 80 in the house! The two master bedrooms stayed HOT! Also couldn’t use the ice machine or water from fridge because door access was froze up. Needs upgraded fridge.

We really enjoyed staying 8 nights at this property. My daughter had a dance competition in Orlando. It was in a safe and convenient location. There were 6 of us- my husband and I, our 3 children (9,11,20) and my mom. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The outdoor space with the pool was absolute perfect. We grilled and cooked most nights. We did not utilize the game room very much due to it being in the garage without AC. I could see this being very beneficial in the cooler months. The house is well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels!

Very nice property, easy to get to. Great place for 2 like my wife and I but plenty of space for 8. Pool was very clean and well cared for. If you have kids the extra preventive security to help keep them from getting into the pool unnoticed is top notch. Us adults took a minute to figure it out...lol.
