Welcome to your magical Orlando getaway at Paradiso Grande! This brand-new, two-story townhome is designed for family fun and luxurious comfort, sleeping up to 13 guests across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

You also have full access to the incredible resort amenities, including a large community pool with a lazy river, a modern gym, and various lounge areas.

Other Things to Note:

Self-Catering Home: This is a self-catering property. We provide a starter kit of essentials (e.g., one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, soap). Guests are responsible for purchasing additional groceries, toiletries, and supplies for the duration of their stay.

Linens & Towels: All bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels are provided. For hygiene reasons, washcloths are considered personal items, and we recommend you bring your own.

Housekeeping: The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included. A mid-stay cleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee of $199.

Trash Disposal: To maintain cleanliness, please dispose of your trash bags in the designated resort dumpster daily.

Mail & Packages: We cannot accept mail or packages delivered via USPS. Please use UPS, DHL, or FedEx for any shipments. Packages may be sent to the clubhouse, where handling fees may apply. We are not responsible for lost or mishandled packages.

Pool & Spa Heating: The attached spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool and is not a hot tub. Pool heating is an optional service:

Cost: $35 per day

Minimum: 2 consecutive days

Request: Must be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in.

Note: Heaters may not perform optimally in cold weather. No refunds will be given if the desired temperature is not reached due to weather conditions.

Optional Add-Ons:

BBQ Grill Rental: $100 for up to one week.

Mid-Stay Cleaning: $199 per service.

Extended Stays: Discounts are automatically applied for stays of 10 nights or more (some restrictions may apply).
