BBQ GRILL USE
Our property is equipped with a gas BBQ grill for guests to use. There is a $75 fee for the use of the BBQ grill. Additionally, guests will also be responsible to exchange the propane tank if gas run outs or is empty.
POOL HEAT
If you'd like to enjoy a warmer pool experience, we offer pool heating for an additional $30 per day with a maximum amount of $150 per stay. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to add this option, and we'll make sure the pool is heated for your arrival.
TOWELS AND LINEN
Fresh bed linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. All beds will be made with clean linens before check-in. We do not offer daily linen or towel service during your stay. Guests are responsible for laundering linens and towels if needed.
SMOKING
This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping—is strictly prohibited inside the home, including the patio and pool area. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee and may lead to additional charges if smoke odors or damage are found.
PARTIES AND EVENTS
Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited at this property. This includes birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette events, or any group activities that exceeds the maximum number of guests allowed on the reservation. We have a strict no-party policy in place to maintain a peaceful environment for our guests and neighbors. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation, additional fees, and possible removal from the property without refund. Thank you for respecting our home and our community.

Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
To help us prepare the home for the next guests, we kindly ask that you:
• Double-check for personal belongings
• Place used towels in the bathroom or laundry area
• Clean and put away any dirty dishes
• Take out all trash to the bin Late check-outs are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.
