★ This home is self-catering. A small welcome kit is provided to get you

started, but guests should stop by a nearby supermarket for additional

supplies as needed



### **Pool Heat (Optional)**



★ Cost: $40 per day (minimum of 2 consecutive days)

★ Temperature will not exceed 95°F and must be requested 48 hours in advance

★ The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and shares the same temperature as the

pool



### **BBQ Rental (Optional)**



★ Cost: $80 for the duration of your stay (includes cleaning and propane

refill)



### **Housekeeping**



★ The home is thoroughly cleaned before check-in, with clean sheets and towels

available

★ Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee

★ One dog under 25 lbs is allowed for stays of 3 nights or longer, with prior

authorization
