It seemed to be a very safe area in a gated community. The house was clean. Communicate was excellent as I had a few questions that were answered right away. Great location for the baseball tournament that we were there to watch.

Vacation rental

Highlight of property is the pool although it was not warm enough to use but great to sit by the pool in screened in lanai area without all the bugs. The home itself was comfortable, however, owners need to do a complete inventory of the amenities in the home. I.e knives don’t cut, lack of bowls or serving dishes, sponge etc. if you are renting to just sleep and bath, then you are fine, locating not to far out from Disney. We were hosting a small family reunion and trying to plan dinner with limited utensils, etc. property manager was very responsive to our immediate needs.

The Unfriendly Neighbor

First, working with the property manager was seemless. He responded quickly to questions and had someone take care of the air conditioning unit when it stopped and another person come clean the pool since it had not been cleaned when we arrived. We were there for a baseball tournament, so the location was ideal - couldn't have been better. However, we woke up at 4am the day we were scheduled to leave to find our minivan gone. When we called the police, they suggested we call the impound lot. Yep, it had been towed; when my husband backed into the driveway to pack the night before, the front of the vehicle was in the dip between the road and the driveway - NOT in the road! When we communicated with the attendant at the lot who took a picture of our vehicle, he also noted that it was a ridiculous call-in. We suspect that the neighbor who called for our vehicle to be impounded lived in the culdesac, did not have a life, was nitpicky, and was not happy to have vrbo renters. Also, we were gone every day going to baseball games and were anything but obnoxious. I will say that the neighbor to the right of our rental was super friendly and helpful, and again the property manager was great to work with. Beware of the old bitty neighbor if you rent this place.

Don’t let the pictures Fool You! It’s BETTER!

Clean, Big, Comfortable, 35-40min to Disney, 45 min to Universal Studios, 1 Hr to Busch Gardens, kids enjoyed the Pool in the back, and home is in private gated community.

Great stay, will return next year!

Family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Easy check in with great communication before and after our stay. Kids loved having their own spacious rooms ans the pool! We look forward to booking again for next years trip.

A nice place for family stay

The first week there were issues. The property had just transitioned to a new owner. I found Miriam to be responsive to our concerns and things got better. We enjoyed the remainder of our stay. The pool was the highlight. We also enjoyed the master bedroom on the main floor. The property managers were responsive once it was determined who was looking after things. Michael, in particular was great.

A very nice home.

This home was very clean, its in a locked gated community, very private in a cul-de-sac street, no neighborhood noise, easy to find off Hiway 27, shopping in very close. Owners were available to guide us and were well beyond gracious to make us comfortable and my family is from Alaska so we have high standards. We stayed briefly and had no issues at all will look forward to booking again with this owner as I have rented several homes in this area before going back over 20 years and they were the best by far. I think any other reviews were just jerks trolling. Or had a different set of standards.

Great stay for our Disney vacation!

The townhouse was beautiful! Beds were comfortable, furniture was nice. Pool was beautiful, but there were no written instructions on how to get the hot tub to work. AC was locked and set on 80°f. Thankfully it was a very cool week weather wise and when it did get warm the fans solved the problem. Parking in the driveway was very tight for a large SUV as it’s one of the shorter driveways in the neighborhood. It wasn’t a problem for us but if you have more than one vehicle plan to park the second one in the guest parking lot. Over all it was a very safe neighborhood, very quiet, clean, comfortable, and close to the Disney parks! I would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!!

Horrible

The listing stated could park vehicle on side of road, however my vehicle was towed after only an hour parked. Manager would not return call. Hot tub didn’t work and that’s the main reason we booked a this place. I have used VRBO for years and have traveled many places, to include Europe and this was the worst experience I have encountered. All the other places I have stayed using VRBOs have been great
