Full-size washer & dryer in the house for you to use.
Central air conditioning and heating throughout the entire house including the game room.
The game room includes a pool table, a ping pong table & a dart board
The outside of our home features a large private swimming pool with southwest sun exposure, unique with no direct rear neighbors, a covered lanai, comfortable seating, sun loungers, & outdoor dining area. There is an option to add pool heat ($35/day) and/or use the BBQ grill ($75/stay).

The community center, featuring a pool-side cafe, water slide, lazy river and pool, is a short, 5-minute leisurely walk from the house. If you choose to use the Resort Community Pool area, the resort charges a $35 (plus tax) fee for your stay.
