  • Welcome to this beautifully decorated Caribbean beach–style condo located in the desirable gated Bahama Bay Resort! This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath residence has been fully renovated and is closely located to the main pool, the kids’ splash pad, and the tennis/pickleball courts.

    From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel transported to the Caribbean, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping throughout the resort. Located on the ground floor. The guest bedrooms with queen beds and full bathroom are located at the front of the unit, while the spacious primary bedroom featuring a king bed and a private bathroom is tucked away at the back.

    Enjoy indoor-outdoor living with screened in lanais which are accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom. The perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or relaxing after a fun day at the parks.

    The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, along with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, a 65-inch Roku TV in the living area, smaller TVs in each bedroom, air conditioning, linens and towels, and complimentary parking & Wi-Fi.

    Bahama Bay is spread out over 70 acres and offers an impressive array of resort-style amenities, including four heated swimming pools, six hot tubs, a sandy beach and fishing pier on Old Lake Davenport, and scenic walking trails. Making this the perfect resort for all ages.

    Disney theme parks are just 15 minutes away and the condo is conveniently located near the many new restaurants, shops, and attractions along Route 192.

    As new owners, we’re dedicated to giving you an exceptional vacation experience! We personally manage everything to ensure you get the best value and the most enjoyable stay. Since we’re not part of the BBL rental program, we have the flexibility to create the best results for your getaway. If any issues come up during your visit, you’ll be dealing directly with us—a personal, family-owned business—not a big company.

we have stayed at Bahamas bay multiple times and love the location. Very safe and clean with great pools and plants.The rental unit was modern, spacious, clean and completely met all our expectations. I would stay there again if we come back.Our family had a great time! amazing trip

I truly cannot say enough about Brent and his condo - his communication was stellar - beyond kind and welcoming -the upgrades of the home where noticed and appreciated , the little extras where so appreciated - he was a simple message away for any needs we may have had - we will be back - Bahama bay resort is very clean and the amenities are wonderful ! We love Bahama Bay and stay here often! This unit worked well and was nicely appointed. We enjoyed having the extra space to spreadout and having a full-size kitchen was a huge asset. This unit is on the first floor, so it's easy in and out, especially when dealing with luggage and groceries. The unit's location is near the tennis court, splash pad, and one of the two feature pools. If you stay here, make sure to take the path out to the lake right at sunset. It's a beautiful setting, and there's lots of wildlife (mostly birds) to see! Overall, it was clean and convenient. We'll stay here again!
