There are stairs leading up to the apartment. The bed is a king size with the softest white sheets and plush pillows. Should you need more space for guests there is a couch as well as an ottoman that pulls out into a single bed. If you need to work while here, there is a full desk space in the bedroom for you. We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets should you need to do some laundry while in town. A Keurig cup and ground coffee combo machine is available with K cups stocked. High speed WiFi is provided, along with an Apple TV for all your streaming needs. A Blu-Ray/DVD player is available with a ton of movies stocked as well.

Recently updated with a new bathroom design and shower, new couch, new bed frame, new living room & bedroom fans, side table, lamp, art work, new TV, and more all in 2026.

Set in the Lake Lawsona Historic District/Thornton Park District, part of downtown Orlando. There are tons of local shops, coffee spots, bars, and restaurants to choose from. We are also a street away from Dickson Azalea Park, which is lined with oaks and local flora. Want to experience Lake Eola? Just walk directly down the street and you be able to experience all the swans, geese, locals, art, outdoor enthusiasts, and more!

No smoking is permitted anywhere on property. We invite guests to smoke on the sidewalk out front. Please don’t leave cigarette butts on the ground as we want to maintain a beautiful neighborhood.

The outdoor patio is open to use by guests but the outdoor kitchen is not. The patio includes a full living space and dining area with a covered pergola surrounded by lush greenery.

This property is solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and no portion of the property or grounds may be used for commercial or business purposes, including but not limited to, photo-shoots, the making of films, movies, and/or commercials, conducting business or hosting clients. Additionally, commercial use of the property, or images of the interior or the property, including personal property, is expressly prohibited.
