Supplies: We provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.

**No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250 penalty fee.

**Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and there will be an additional charge of a Non-Refundable fee of $250.

**Pool Policy: The pool/spa heater can be turned on for an additional $30 per day. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival. There is a 4-day minimum for pool/spa heat. Please note that once the heater is turned on, it does take a minimum of 24-48 hours for the water to begin feeling warm. There are no refunds for pool heat, unless it is confirmed by me or a licensed pool technician that it is indeed not working.

***There is a Ring doorbell camera outside to the right of the front door. There is also a security panel in the entrance hall with a built in camera. The panel faces the opposite side of the hall and part of the kitchen. The camera has been permanently deactivated and covered for your safety and privacy. There is also a camera on the side of the house to overlook our pool heater & pump system, along with our garbage bins. ***
