We arrived in Orlando for a conference and moved to the VRBO for our 2nd week in FL. It was a good drive from the Orange County Convention Center (took a little less than an hour with heavy traffic). We visited Disney Parks for 3 days of our stay and it was a quick 20-25 minutes, even with a little traffic during morning/evening rush hours. There were plenty of shopping, grocery, and restaurants in the area, so we didn't have to go far for anything. We enjoyed time in the pool each day, had plenty of space for our family of five, and had plenty of amenities to prepare meals and enjoy the stay. The master bedroom gets quite warm during the day, so we used a fan to blow cool air from the living area in the room at bedtime, which was enough to make it comfortable. The kids like the "fancy" shower with the color changing lights. There were plenty of towels in every bathroom, and extra towels for the pool. We used the grill and ate on the pool deck a couple of times. We used the washer and dryer, dishwasher, and stove and all were in good working order and easy to use.We really enjoyed all the local wildlife as we sat outside. Lots of birds, lizards, turtles, and even a small alligator were spotted during our stay. Lots of families walking the neighborhood each day, felt very safe and welcoming. We saw the water damage other visitors had noted, but it didn't effect our stay. Overall, it was a a good place to stay for a great price.
