Dirty and poor service
Bathroom was not cleaned. There were hairs on the walls and in the sink. Front office was notified early in the morning and four hours later by the time of check out the room had still not been cleaned. I was not compensated. Management was supposed to contact me afterwards. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not heard back from the hotel.

The place was nice. Pool was small and over crowded. There was no couch in my suite like advertised and like other rooms on my floor Only a chair.

This property was beautiful, convenient to airport, shopping, and the venues that I was seeking in Orlando. The rooms were clean, well appointed and housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping them that way. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Orlando.

Nice, clean, hotel nearby the airport free shuttle, free breakfast and free parking. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only issue I have is with the front decks agent. The two young female are very rude and have an attitude problems apart from that it’s a nice little hotel for business travelers
