Vi har bott här tidigare och vi kommer tillbaka. Läget är bra och lätt att finna. Flera av personalen var samma som för något år sedan. Vårt flyg var 6 timmar försenat,(vi ringde och informerade) och det fanns personal i receptionen som var vaken. Enda frågetecknet är att det verkar vara permanent boende i vissa fall kände igen gäster, men kanske bara en tillfällighet.

Totally unreliable wifi
Had to wait almost an hour in the lobby to get my room although I arrived in the afternoon 4pm. Chose the hotel cause I needed to work and hence needed wifi and a desk. The wifi was not working and specially not by the desk in the room. I got the receptionist to look at the wifi without any action. Couldn't attend my online meeting in the morning as planned. Will avoid Red Roof.

When I arrived at 4:30 pm the door to the lobby was locked. No way to check in. The entire place looked derelict, and seemed most likely to be housing people who might otherwise be homeless. I cannot believe this was the hotel recommended as an overflow option for the hotel where my event was. I immediately booked a room elsewhere.

Property was dirty inside and out. They advised me that my credit card was declined when the booking had already been confirmed, my card charged and the transaction had gone through. While I was trying to straighten this out, a man came into the lobby complaining of cockroaches in his room and demanding to be moved. As they would not check me in, I just left and went somewhere else. Now I have to dispute the charge.

We went to this property, but could not stay. The rooms were horrific dirty run down and had mold. They also have a contract to house the homeless. You should take them off your list and never send anyone there.

This was by far the worst hotel experience ever. The room was in badly in need of repair. There was no housekeeping service, had to call the front desk twice because of the noise including a woman screaming at 6:30 AM on Sunday morning. the lobby is locked 24 hours a day, had to wait for 20 minutes to get a new key because there was no one at the front desk. Ridiculously bad and a waste of my money to Expedia for this stay.You couldn't pay me to go back there. Seemed more like a zoo than a hotel!

Scary place
We had a late arrival. The hotel is lit up like day time. People wandering around outside who don't look they belong there. The office as a window in the wall to check in. It was prepaid and she charged us again. We got to our room. there were people talking loud and rapping in front of our room til about 2:30 in the morning. The bathroom door did not fit in the frame so couldn't be closed. The faucet in the sink had to be fooled with to come on and to turn off. This must have been their best room because it had a jetted tub but actually it was a tub that had been jerry jigged to have a hand held shower head added on. The floors (no carpet) were disgusting with tape or scratches or something on them. The bed and bedding were comfortable but we touched nothing. The potty seat wasn't secured on the toliet. We woke up and left at 5:15. I told the person on duty about the double charge and she graciously fixed it. She was the best think about the stay. The room key had an ad about trafficking. I will never forget this place!

HI I CHECK IN ABOUT 10;30 P.M. THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK WAS NOT FRIEDLY I CKECK IN THE ROOM AND WAS NOT CLEAN IN THE AIRCONDITION WAS VERY LOUD CANT SLEEP WELL IN THE MORNING WHEN I TOOK SHOWER THE SHOWER HEAD CLOG VERY LITTLE WATER COMING OUT NEED TO BE REPLACED, THE ONLY GOOD THING I REMEMBER IS A GOOD HOH WATER RUNNING

One gets what they pay for so pay 80 dollars and be prepared for a night of no sleep. It was a last minute decision staying here because it’s beside the bus station, and I was going to leave upon my initial arrival but was so tired I stayed. Slept with my clothes on and hood on sweater up. Floors were filthy and wet, sheets were not clean, I felt sick with the smell and there was dogs barking in next room all night. Oh and the bolt on the door wouldn’t close, informed staff and they had no maintenance guy and refused to change room. Staff seemed nice but a young woman travelling on her own shouldn’t be refused by another woman a new room when a blot is not working, especially when there is a red sign on the door saying ‘for your security bolt the door’. I pushed the table against the door and didn’t sleep! This hotel should be closed down, it stinks!

When I stay somewhere there are a 3 things that matter to me. They are good pillows, comfortable bed and a good shower. I can say I was pleasantly surprised with the pillows and the bed that I received during my stay. I think the bed might have even been new. The pillows were a bit thin but still comfortable and didn't hurt my neck when I woke up. I had a king and found zero issues with it. Kinda reminds me of my bed when it was new. The shower. Oh boy where do I start. The room had a Jacuzzi tub, great. Lots of space, not like most hotel showers. But that's the only good thing. I've stayed all over the country in many different hotels. And I've had weak water pressure in some really really nice hotels and great pressure in cheap ones. But this, this was comically bad. As soon as I turned on the water I could tell I wasn't going to enjoy it. The shower head leaked, the water was either boil your nuts off or ice cold. It was a very fine line. But man that pressure, it just dribbled out of the shower head and could barely get you wet. Thank goodness I have short hair cause it would have taken forever to wash. Other than it's just an old hotel, I really can't complain to much. It was cheap and close to the event i was going to. I will say the parking lot, incrediblely small so be prepared for that. Would I stay there again, probably.
