The villa has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms so sleeps 6 guests. It is just 5 miles from Disney and 10 miles from Universal, offering a peaceful retreat in a quiet, family-friendly area with a community pool, tennis court and park. The villa has a fully fenced backyard, making it perfect for families or groups.

There is a spacious sitting area with plenty of new thoughtful comfortable seating and a digital cable TV.

Within the living space is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with all appliances that you may need during your stay. All towels and bed linen are provided.

There are three bedrooms

Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and is ensuite with a walk-in shower, tv and storage

Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed

Bedroom 3 has Twin beds

As well as the ensuite there is also a full separate bathroom that has a shower over the bath

The villa also offers a laundry space with a washer and dryer, hairdryer, ironing board and iron.

There is sufficient space for the parking of two vehicles (no street parking is allowed)

Pets are allowed, subject to approval and there would be an additional US$ 100 fee
