Welcome to our lovely 4-bedroom 2-bathroom villa, located in Davenport Orlando.

The villa is a home from home with all the amenities you could want/need.

The villa benefits from a charming living space with comfortable seating. There is direct access to the pool and deck from this space. The open plan space gives access to all areas.

There is a fully fitted kitchen, which is lovely to be able to have breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day and/or to cook your evening meal at night. Fill the fridge with drinks and snacks for all the family. There are all the appliances and utensils that you could possibly need. There is also a more formal dining space there is a breakfast bar.

Outside you have your own private pool and spa area with lots of seating for relaxing. There are table and chairs ideal for al fresco dining. The family bathroom provides access onto the pool and deck area as well as from the living space.

Bedroom 1: A master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 2: A Queen size bed

Bedroom 3 & 4: Both offer themed rooms with bunk beds

All bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage and TV’s. All bed linen and towels are provided.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

There is a separate games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey.

The location is perfect, only 20-30 minutes away from the parks and about 5 minutes away from stores, pharmacy, restaurants and gas stations.
