Need to arrive earlier or linger a little longer? Early check-in / late check-out is $45 per hour (subject to availability).

Parking:
• The house accommodates up to 4 vehicles
• No parking on grass or sidewalks – Strictly prohibited
• One-side street parking only – Follow posted street signs
• No street parking on Kaipo Rd. – Unauthorized vehicles will be towed
• Tow enforcement: Violators may be towed without warning from 8 PM to 7 AM
Guest Registration:
All guests 18+ must be registered in the resort gate system for access. Resort pass sharing is not allowed.
House Rules:
1. No smoking or vaping inside the home
2. No parties or events
3. Resort quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM; please keep noise to a minimum
