As you enter this 6-bedroom house you will find Master bedroom with king size bed on ground floor with attached full bathroom features gorgeous standing tile shower and TV. Upstairs have 5 bedrooms of which 2 bedrooms have king size beds. 4th bedroom is Bunk bedroom contains 2 queen size mattresses. 5 and 6th bedrooms are themed bedroom with 2 full size beds in each bedroom. TV is available in all 6 bedrooms for ongoing entertainment.

Heating of Pool is available in winter months for an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of 50$ per day. Must be informed 48 hours prior to the check-in date. The heater is set to optimal heating temperature, its recommended not to alter temperature for preservation of pool chemicals. It takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature especially in colder and rainy seasons. Pool Spa/Jacuzzi is not a hot tub (Hot tub is electric heating) and it doesn't get heated instantly high like electric hot tub.
BBQ Grill: Available for use, please fill up/exchange propane at your own cost, nearby 7/11 is 2 miles from house.
Pet: Max 1 pet of less than 30 lbs allowed for pet fee of $75 per pet.
