The Space:

The spacious townhouse invites you to unwind on a comfy sofa while the kids chatter about their Star Wars and Harry Potter rooms. Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests. The downstairs primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, while the upstairs primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Two themed rooms delight younger travelers with twin beds, one styled after Star Wars and the other after Harry Potter. The layout provides privacy and easy flow for families or groups.



Resort amenities

You have full access to Regal Palms Resort & Spa. Spend mornings at the large pool with a slide and lazy river, let the little ones explore the indoor playground, and keep active in the well‑equipped gym. When hunger strikes, dine at the on‑site restaurant or treat yourself to a scoop at the ice‑cream shop. All of these options are just a short walk from your door.



Living space & kitchen

The open living area gathers everyone for movies on the large TV or board games on the plush rug. A cozy breakfast nook sits beside a full kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances and ample counter space, perfect for cooking or assembling takeout. A separate dining area comfortably seats the whole party for shared meals.

A full‑size washer and dryer are in‑unit, so you can pack light and refresh clothes anytime. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap and toilet paper are provided, ensuring a seamless stay. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities.

This Orlando Florida Community is the perfect environment for guests looking for Orlando vacations with a home away from home feel, combining a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
