Fabulous. Four beautiful bedrooms and en-suite in two main rooms . Kitchen absolutely stunning and they had thought of everything we needed. Including plugs, extension leads, beach towels, heated pool and spa. Plenty of sun loungers and chairs. Great location and central to everything. We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you for a great holiday

We loved our stay here and are already talking about coming back next year. The location was excellent. Very close to all of the things my granddaughters wanted to do. We felt that we were in a very safe neighborhood. The girls tookA walk every evening around the neighborhood. House was great! Clean! Huge for us 5 girls. We basically lived in the pool and the hot tub taking in the sun. We did have one small issue with a beeping smoke alarm late Saturday afternoon but we called and it was taken care of and replaced within a hour. Very responsive and kind. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was amazing! It was relaxing! Thank you again! Many memories made.

We’ve just returned from an 11 night stay in the villa. It was very much a home from home experience. The villa had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. All communications with the owners beforehand were friendly and responsive. The villa is in a great gated community very close to Disney and lots of restaurants on the 192.We are already looking at our holiday dates for next year and hope to book again.

Beautiful villa, fully equipped kitchen, games room, very clean and tastefully decorated. It sounds obvious but everything worked - have had previous rentals with issues with aircon, pool etc but delighted to report no issues. Hosts were extremely helpful at all times and provided timely and clear instructions for checking in, access, community rules etc - much appreciated. The location of the villa is amazing - a quiet spot with no rear neighbours and woodland behind - at night during rain the frog chorus made it feel like a rainforest while sitting on the enormous pool deck and the odd viewing of raccoons and other wildlife was magical. My favourite Florida villa!

The house was very clean!! Tons of supplies for the kitchen, pool, bedding, and plenty of towels. Lots of garbage bags provided and easy to follow policies. Felt comfortable and safe with the gated entrance and keypad locks. All 6 of us had plenty of space and 3 bathrooms was a bonus. Pool felt great and my favorite part was coffee on the back patio in the morning listening to frogs and birds! I will be back again.

Great stay

It was a great place to stay for my husband, myself and my daughter when we were in town for the aau national volleyball championship tournament. It was comfortable, cozy and plenty of space. We had the team girls over and they had fun in the pool and game room. Also there was plenty of space to have a friend who lives close by come and hang out and crash for the night so they didn't have to drive home late at night. Loved our stay. We'll stay here again when we're back in town.

Excellent stay

House was as advertised. Plenty of space for the family. Kitchen had what we needed and the pool was awesome! Great location near stores and restaurants. Quick drive to the parks. Just an FYI- when paying note it’s in pounds so make sure you do the conversion because it’s more than we thought but it was worth it.

We've rented several homes throughout the Kissimmee specifically, the Windsor Palms, Formosa Garden area. We look for homes with privacy which this home was perfect for. The owners, were very receptive to our emails and always replied back with all our questions before our stay. Upon arrival, this home has a very musty smell so much as I had to wash everything once we arrived back home, even clothing we didn't use. As we went to lie down that night, I always check the bedding where we stay. The comforters and sheets in the master bedrooms reaked of body odor. Yes, I was washing sheets and a blanket at 10:30pm that I found in the closet. We decided to drive as we just had flown to Vegas prior to this trip and thankfully took an ice chest with us. We went after groceries and stocked the fridge for the week. We noticed it wasn't very cold and set the setting to high. We hurried and put ice packs that were in the freezer into the fridge to save what we could. We called the property manager who was very nice and came out. The following day, it was reading 53 degrees. Needless to say we were throwing out food and running to get ice for our ice chest. They tried getting a new refrigerator but with it being the holiday, it was going to be Tuesday, the day before we were to leave. Unfortunately, we received a text on Tuesday that it wouldn't be until Thursday, the day after we were leaving. Not the relaxing vacation we were hoping for. Home is in need of updates.

We didn't want to leave

There was only one negative to the stay, and that was having to leave. The villa is immaculate and with all amenities. Gated community is excellent, and location is close to everything you would associate with Orlando.

Highly recommend

Myself and my three young sons along with my cousin and his little boy stayed here for a week. It was absolutely perfect. All children under the age of 11, so the pool was great. The host was perfect on communication. Made the process very easy for me traveling for the first time with my young children. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation. The home was beautiful and had everything you needed for your stay. Location of the home was also a bonus. Close to a lot of attractions but far enough away to enjoy yourself in peace. Highly recommend

Excellent family home near Orlando

Great home, clean, great neighborhood and location; stayed here as part of a college team tournament. Would stay here again and would recommend. Plenty of space, great pool and hot tub. Owners were very helpful with questions. Near good restaurants and points of interest.

A Restful place to get away from it all.

Our family was looking for a vacation home to spend Christmas in a warm climate. Everyone having their own bedroom and all the comforts of home was important to us. The house was well equipped, kitchen, laundry, towels, along with soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. The games room kept the kids busy and the hot tub allowed us to relax and gear down, pool temperature was also well set and comfortable. Living room couches are incredibly comfortable, we very much enjoyed relaxing and watching our favourite shows and movies. The house became home for us for two weeks during Christmas and New Years, everyone had a wonderful time.The trick to settling in for us was having the little things we take for granted. Things like dishwasher soap, laundry soap, salt and pepper, cooking oil, spices where not available. A little bit to get started would have been nice. The tap water was not safe to drink during our stay, a little bottled water in the home would have been nice after a delayed flight and 1am arrival time. We purchased and left these items for the next guests, hopefully they are not tossed out. A barbecue was listed as an amenity but was not available when we arrived. Pool-side grilling is an enjoyable experience.

Fantastic location

My husband and I had a great 9 night stay here! The host and property manager were great with communication and resolving the couple of issues we had when arriving to the property (there were some holes in the lanai due to a recent hurricane and a little bird kept making it's way into the pool area; the pool heat pump was broken) quickly. The location was perfect for us with Disney being our main plan for the stay but it's also close to Old Town and tons of restaurants. Some minor issues we encountered but didn't raise to the property managers because it didn't bother us (but may be something others find more problematic) is the front right burner of the stove doesn't work, the shower/tub in the guest bathroom drains really slow so you end up with a few inches of water in the tub during a shower. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommended to friends! Thank you!

Great location for parks

We have been on vacation in Florida many times and choose this location for its proximity to the I4 and Disney. The resort is great for families with the clubhouse and the house was just right for our family of 6. We all had plenty of space and thoroughly enjoyed the private pool.

Beautiful Home

The home was amazing! Amenities of the community are great. Great location close to Disney and Universal. Loved the cleanliness of the home. It was spotless. We did have an issue with a smoke detector going off on Easter Sunday. Called the property manager she called me right back and gave us a solution that worked. Also came out the next day to change the battery. Great house. We will definitely be staying here again for our next Florida family vacation.

Beautiful and comfortable home!!!

My family and I had the most wonderful stay here. We enjoyed the pool, location to the theme parks and the comfy beds!!!! This house really felt like home. They made sure to have everything we would need. Louise (homeowner) kept in touch leading up to our trip and was quick to reply to all of my questions. So much love and thought was put into this home. The rooms are so cozy, the couch is like a fluffy cloud and the pool is so relaxing! Highly recommend! We will absolutely be back!!!!!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The property is well equipped, well managed, and is in a perfect location. The owners are responsive and made check-in seamless. The attention to detail and the overall cleanliness was impressive.

Fantastic Family Vacation

House was very clean. Lots of room for our group of 6. Pool was a favorite along with air hockey in the game room. Would definitely come and stay again.
