PLEASE NOTE: Starting June 1, 2026, guests will be required to pay a resort fee of $20 plus tax per night at Regal Palms Resort, which covers parking and access to resort amenities for all guests in your party. The fee is charged per day, not per guest, and includes everyone in your reservation.

The resort is gated with 24/7 security, and photo ID may be required to enter the community.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- PLEASE NOTE: Starting June 1, 2026, guests will be required to pay a resort fee of $20 plus tax per night at Regal Palms Resort. This fee is paid at the clubhouse office upon arrival and covers parking passes and access to resort amenities. Guests will visit the front desk upon arrival to obtain parking passes and wristbands for resort access.

- Guests can borrow pool towels at no cost. However, the clubhouse will require credit card details. If the towels are not returned, a $10 charge will be applied to the guest’s credit card for each towel.

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

- We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

- Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

- Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

- 2 Free Parking Slots (Driveway). 3 Vehicle Maximum if Car is Small Enough to Park Horizontal on Apron Off the Street.

- We have pots and pans in the kitchen, please bring condiments.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including the patio and screened-in lanai area.

- Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed.

- Pets are not permitted in the home.

- No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.

- If you wish to enjoy the lazy river with a tube, you may rent one from the resort for a nominal charge.

- Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
