The community allows a maximum of 4 vehicles per property.
Parking is available in front of the house, subject to availability. Spaces are used on a first come, first served basis.
Boats, campers, trailers, RVs, motor homes, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles, equipment, or construction vehicles of any kind are not permitted beyond the gate.

Accessibility Items
We provide a shower chair and an accessibility ramp at no extra cost. We kindly ask that these items be requested in advance.

POOL HEAT – Additional service
Cost: $55/day (plus taxes)

* 15% discount for 7+ nights
* 20% discount for 14+ nights
Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
Must be requested 48h in advance.
Heater works through heat exchange and will not work in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

PET FRIENDLY
Bringing your furry friend? They are more than welcome! We allow up to 2 pets (up to 50 lbs each) with a pet fee of $149+ taxes.
We kindly ask that guests take responsibility for their pet, including cleaning up after them and preventing damage. Additional charges will be applied in case of non-compliance.

BBQ Grill
The BBQ grill is available for $50 + taxes for your entire stay.
For added convenience, we also offer a promotional package for $100 + taxes, which includes the BBQ grill and one propane tank delivered to the property.

Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items needed during their stay. We recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to pick up anything else you may need.

DELIVERY

Please place the trash in the outdoor bin for collection by 7:00 AM.
You may also dispose of trash in the dumpsters located in front of the community clubhouse.
