Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The main living area connects naturally to the kitchen and opens toward the backyard, with a TV and comfortable seating for winding down when the day finally catches up with you. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available for anyone keeping one eye on the real world between park days.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. The king master suite includes a private bathroom and direct pool access - a smart setup for the adults in the group who want their own space. A second bedroom offers a king bed, the third a queen, and the fourth is a themed bedroom with two twin beds, designed with younger guests in mind. Every room is equipped with a TV, ceiling fan, room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is built to handle group cooking without the usual scramble. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a complete set of dishes and silverware. Cooking basics and barbecue utensils are stocked throughout. Breakfast is provided each morning to get everyone moving. When the evening calls for something more relaxed, take things outside - the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area are ready when you are.
 
Outdoor living
The private backyard is centred around an inground pool, with sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated dining area set up around it. Pool heating is available for an additional fee - worth considering if your group plans to swim in the early morning or after a long park day. Bikes are on hand for getting around the neighbourhood, and lake access is available via a nearby path when you're after something quieter away from the crowds.
 
Game room & entertainment
The converted garage has become a fully stocked game room with arcade games, a pool table, foosball, and exercise equipment. It's the kind of space that keeps earning its keep long after everyone's dried off from the pool - whether that's a competitive round between siblings or a low-key evening in together.
 
Family-friendly features
Younger guests are well catered for throughout the home. A crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, board games, and life size games are all available. The indoor children's playroom and outdoor playground give kids their own dedicated spaces, and the themed bedroom adds something extra for little ones. Babysitter recommendations are available if you need a night to yourselves.
 
Comfort & practicalities
Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the home comfortable through every shift in Florida's weather. A washer, dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and full bed linens are all provided. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, bidet, and cleaning products. Exterior security cameras are in place at the front and back of the property - none face any interior space. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit complete the setup.
 
Getting around & logistics
Self check-in via smart lock makes arriving straightforward, day or night. Free parking is available on-site and on the street. The home is pet-friendly, and guests have access to nearby resort facilities. Housekeeping is available at an additional cost, long-term stays are welcome, and a private entrance keeps arrivals simple from the moment you pull up.

Easy accessibility to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
