📝Other things to note:
• The resort charges a ONE-TIME $35 Amenities Access Fee to use on-site amenities (price is for all guests in the home). It is a one-time charge for your stay and non-refundable. Guests must provide the property address, rental and vehicle information at clubhouse front desk.

• POOL Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please kindly let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation as the technician does apply a $50 service fee if requested to turned on the day of arrival or after.

• Please kindly note that Pool Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October)due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

• Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

• Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

• We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

• Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

• Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

• We do provide a complimentary BBQ grill and a starter amount of propane. We do not supply a full tank or unlimited propane. Guests are responsbile for purchasing propane and cleaning the grill after use.

• Pets are NOT allowed.

• Smoking is not allowed inside.

• Parties and events are prohibited.

• Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.

●*** 🚧 Resort Amenities UPDATE: Please NOTE that Solterra Resort’s aquatics area is undergoing a major renovation project with improvement work expected to contuinue throughout the quarter. The lazy river will close beginning September 8th, followed by the main pool, waterslide, spa, pool deck, cabanas, and Café Sol patio on September 22. During this time, guests can continue enjoying the resort’s clubhouse, fitness center, sports courts, and lawn recreation areas. Café Sol will also remain available for pickup and delivery. We appreciate your understanding as the resort works to enhance its amenities and guest experience.
