Bedroom one (downstairs) this master bedroom is located at the back of the home and has a beautiful King-Sized bed and a royal blue and white decor. It has a Flat Screen TV and an En-suite with bath and separate shower plus vanity basin unit. You have access from the En-suite onto the pool area in this bedroom.

Bedroom two (downstairs) situated at the front of the home and has a queen sized bed and beautiful red and blue décor. This room has a Flat Screen TV and an En-suite with walk in shower and vanity basin.

Bedroom three (upstairs) this master bedroom has a King sized bed in a light blue décor. This room has a Flat Screen TV and an En-suite with walk in shower and vanity basin.

Bedroom four (upstairs) has a queen-sized bed and with a tranquil blue and white décor and boasts music themed decorations. This room also has a Flat Screen TV and an En-suite with walk in shower and vanity basin.

Bedroom five (upstairs) has two twin beds, it has a light decor and boasts a Marvel Themed Muriel the perfect room for those of your guests who are fans of the MCU and an ideal space for friends, siblings, or cousins to share. This room has a Flat Screen TV and access to a shared bathroom in the hallway with bedroom six, it comprises of a bath with overhead shower and a double vanity unit.

Bedroom six(upstairs) has two twin beds, has a light decor, and boasts a Harry Potter Themed Muriel the perfect room for those of your guests who are Potter Fans. This room has a Flat Screen and access to a shared bathroom in the hallway with bedroom five, it comprises of a bath with overhead shower and a double vanity unit.

The Loft area is another fabulous addition to the home, with its cosy sofa, table and chairs, unique Moped Themed coffee table and Flat Screen TV is another great space to keep the children amused, chill and watch a movie, or have a games night. The perfect place to create long lasting memories.

Resort Facilities:
*The resort facilities are operated by a third-party provider, and an Amenity Access Fee is required to use them.
This is a one-time fee per house, per reservation, for the entire stay - payable directly to the Clubhouse:
1–12 guests: $35
13+ guests: $45
If you choose not to use the clubhouse facilities, no fee is required.
Please note that access to these facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
Guests are also required to provide their own equipment for use of the sports facilities.

Policies:
- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- For system safety, AC cannot be set below 72°F
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
