The two-story Mediterranean-style home features an open floor plan, where the living room, kitchen, and dining area seamlessly connect to the inviting pool and spa deck. The downstairs master suite includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, stand-up shower, and double sinks. A pool-accessible bathroom allows you to enjoy serene morning views.
Upstairs, a spacious loft area offers a large sectional sofa and a PlayStation 4 gaming system. The second master suite also includes a king bed and en-suite bath. Two additional queen bedrooms feature large flat-screen TVs, while themed twin bedrooms provide a magical escape for younger guests.

Solterra Resort Fee Information
Upon arrival, the primary guest must check in at the clubhouse to complete registration and pay the resort fee:
✔ Fee: $35 for 1-12 guests, $45 for 13+ guests (paid via credit card only, no cash accepted)
✔ Guests will receive:
Resort access card (required for clubhouse and pool entry)
A 4-digit clubhouse fitness center access code
Wristbands matching the number of guests in the reservation (wristbands change weekly; guests staying multiple weeks must visit the clubhouse each Monday for new wristbands)
After-Hours Arrivals: Gate attendants will provide temporary access. The primary guest must register at the clubhouse the following morning to receive access cards and wristbands.

Riders must be at least 48 inches tall
Single riders only, sliding feet first

Check-Out Process
✔ Resort access cards must be returned to the clubhouse before departure
✔ Lost or unreturned cards will be subject to a replacement charge (cards are not accepted at the gate)
