The house is large however it does need maintenance. We arrived (with ice cream and groceries) to a broken refrigerator. It was replaced on day 2. Day 3, air conditioner stops working. It was promptly repaired. All toilets leaked and ran intermittently. Dust buildup in the home had our allergies active. Pool had an oil slick and floating bugs due to a disintegrated pool filter. We expected a nicer home. The owner was responsive but a home with so many issues should not be rented out. Jmo.

This property was settled at the back of the neighborhood, and the views from the back of the house were towards some wetlands. No one behind you, so lots of privacy. For future guests, please understand that "consumable" items are very lean- you get one roll of tp per restroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 dishwasher tabs, 0 laundry detergent, 0 liquid dish soap, no foil or plastic in the kitchen for covering food, stuff like that. This is not lowering our rating of the property, it was lovely and well represented.
