Dishwasher did not work at all,,,, called repairman came same day said it was under warranty had to contact them.found out was put in dec 2024 from the owners who we met. That dishwasher wasn’t working for a while dishes were dirty. Upset I did not plan to do dishes on vacation.Master bathroom sink on left slow draining it also had been that way for a while.We enjoyed our despite problems and loved the area we will book again soon.

Disney all decorated for the Holidays so neat
Pictures on website not accurate it showed cloth couch and loveseat and they were leather. Appliances white on web but they were stainless steel

No pets with us, kids enjoyed the pool but it was cool weather and not heated.It was at least a half hour from Disney.We arrived on Monday night and when we wanted to take-our trash out it was completely full.No pool alarm on the back bathroom door.The personal chest of owners door was not locked safely, we reported. I was super un happy with this stay the pool lights didn't work there was a incident where my daughter set in the kitchen chair and imlwg came off I noticed orange stickers so I'm guessing the owner knew it was broke so I'm trying to understand why have it still there so her leg is still hurting it rained every day .. the blind in master bedroom was missing you can see right in the room from outside couldn't use the garage which I didn't understand so my car had to stay in the rain just worst experience I have every had there was little black crawling bugs in the house that was biting us I'm just not pleased with this stay and I have stayed in houses every year for ten years and this by far the worst

Very nice house with a good location for soccer tournaments, ESPN and champions gate. We arrived on a Sunday with e-mail information on how to enter and were surprised by the alarm on patio door because of course teens went straight to the pool ! There is a Keurig coffee maker. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location!

The location of this house was amazing. Very close to everything, but far enough away that we avoided a lot of the traffic. We loved the pool even though it was small. The shallow end is very shallow (careful with swim races) and the steps don't have rails to go down, but otherwise nice. We did have a snake in the pool the first night due to all the trees behind the house. Son got it out quickly. Next door is doing repairs, so don't look forward to sleeping in. The house was nice size for us and loved the grill. They had several different sets of instructions, so we were definitely confused by those. Also, no one explained how to lock the door when leaving. Had to find out on Google. We lost internet 2 days into our week stay. Realized night before leaving that there is a box that plugs in next to one of the twin beds. If it is unplugged, you lose internet. Tons of the dishes still had food on them when we went to cook. Floors are filthy (my feet were black in less than 30 mins of only walking inside). Overall they need to hire better cleaners and look over the items provided. I will not go into details, but a thorough look would help future renters. House had to stay at 72 degrees or above, which is pretty warm, or risk us paying to fix the unit. Basically some upgrades are needed, but we still enjoyed ourselves!!

Nice house. Bad appliances/pool/amenities.

This was on Thanksgiving and it was our 5th Vbro home we have stayed since the hurricane and the complete worst. We had zero problems with any of them, until this one.We had to put water in the pool 2 times. The pool pump was loud. The heated pool days we paid for were refunded because the heater wasn't working when they came to turn on. The pool light was out. They barely provided any items for our 3 week stay and we couldn't wash the 4 towels they gave us. We had to call 2 times for the washer not working. The water in the main bath shower is only scalding or cold. The dishwasher whines loudly the entire wash.

No internet

The house is lovely. We did encounter several issues. A dog walk is outside the property so stray dogs ( on leashes) kept my little dog stirred up constantly. The home next door had a chain smoker who kept the outdoor patio on our side, filled with smoke. The internet worked the first day, but didn’t work the rest of the time. The provider said that was a common issue for the house we rented. The mattresses are old. You can feel every spring on the beds. The couch recliners were all wonky. The patio furniture cracked or broken. Not enough working furniture to sit on outside. Lastly, the wash machine sounds like the bearings are going out. The load gets off balanced with every load and sounds like it will take off walking on it’s own.

Nice House

the house is nice, but the people who do the cleaning need more attention!!! the master bathroom there was hair in the shower, in the bathtub, in the other bathroom the shower was not very clean either !!! I had to buy Clolox and have to clean it before using it mainly because I have 2 small children!!! my daughter's toy fell under the sofa , when I went to pick it up, I realized that under the sofa it wasn’t cleaned for a long time. the bathroom and entrance mats were very dirty !!! the house is comfortable, but needs better attention to cleaning

Love it!!!

The house was very clean and the pool was perfect for our daughter. Also clean. One thing that was terrible was the WIFI. It was working for 5 minutes and then stoped. I would recomend the house. It was really quiet neighborhood and very friendly. See you next year.

The house was nice , but the cleaning people definitely needs some work. Under the table in the living room was Mickey ears and a bathing suit bottom. There was hair in the master shower and the comforter on the bed in master suit was dirty also. Other than that the house was nice and worth staying in Davenport!!

Wonderful house

Booked online, check in process was very simple. Got to the house on a nice street, it was quite all week. The house was nice and clean, pool was refreshing at the end of long days. Has an electric grill. First time using one. There were only two things that could be updated. First would be to replace the missing panels on the blinds in the sliding doors and more comfortable mattress on the twin beds. Will book again on next visit to Disney
