Living & dining

The main floor revolves around a connected kitchen, dining, and living area that keeps the group in the same orbit without anyone feeling on top of each other. The dining table seats eight, so full-group meals are a relaxed affair rather than a logistics puzzle. The kitchen is fully equipped - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a toaster - so whether it's a big breakfast before a park day or a late-night snack run, you have everything you need. A dedicated workspace is tucked in for anyone who needs to check in with the office.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps eleven across five bedrooms, with a setup that balances shared fun with private comfort. On the ground floor, a queen bedroom offers a calm, grown-up retreat, while the Frozen-themed room - with two twin beds - is a natural hit with younger guests. The shared bathroom and laundry area are conveniently located on the same level.

Upstairs, two king bedrooms include a primary suite with its own private bathroom, making it a strong choice for whoever needs a little more privacy. The Marvel-themed room rounds out the upper level with one full bed and one twin bed - a flexible setup for siblings or cousins sharing a space.

 

Bathrooms

Four bathrooms in total keep morning routines from turning into a bottleneck. The primary suite bathroom is private; the remaining bathrooms serve the rest of the home. Each is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap for your arrival.

 

Resort access & amenities

The home sits within Paradise Palms Resort, giving guests access to a resort-style pool, water slide, hot tubs, fitness center, movie theater, and sports courts. It's a full-facility setup that means you can have a great day without ever leaving the resort - handy on those afternoons when the theme parks feel like too much.

 

Location

Paradise Palms puts you in the heart of the Kissimmee vacation corridor. Walt Disney World is roughly 15 minutes away; Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Disney Springs are all within a 25-minute drive. Orlando International Airport is approximately 35 minutes out. Free parking is available on the premises.

 

Good to know

Check-in is from 4 PM; checkout is by 10 AM. Self check-in is available via smart lock. The home is set up with a private entrance. Initial supplies are provided - including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels - though longer stays will likely need restocking. Long-term stays of 28 nights or more are welcome.



The pool can be heated, and the cost for the pool heat is $35 per day; this needs to be requested for the entire stay and at least 72 hrs in advance.
