Very nice home

Home was very nice. We did have trouble with the electronic door lock. But finally figured it out. The person I spoke to on the phone got us taken care of. My email I received did not have the 4 digit code for the lock. Once we got the correct code worked fine. Very nice location. Close to Walt Disney world. If we are ever back in that area we would for sure stay there again.

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. But you can't adjust the temperature so we froze. 60 degrees in the house. Also the maintenance people are not very fast in fixing things. the light in the kitchen needed to be replaced and the had one report on it , didn't get fixed, then we called them again and it still wasn't fixed when we left. Fun cooking dinner in the dark. Also took us an hour and three phone calls to get into the house..

Great experience!

We had a fantastic experience with this property! The management company is truly outstanding with great communication! The facility is everything promised and more! AND the gated-community is really fantastic! We definitely enjoyed! The only issue we had was with the pool heat, which the management company provided outstanding communication! Although it wasn't able to be resolved, they were great about the entire process!

Paid for pool heat..NO POOL HEAT TV in bedroom showed no channels Pool was nasty upon arrival Nail in sitting living room floor cut my 3 yr old foot My kids enjoyed universal and walt Disney I don't think id rent vacasa again we paid way too much money for anything to not be up to par

As advertised

We really liked how close it was to Disney World. The first time we approached there was some drama at the gate. We got in after a little trouble with the gate guard. We needed to go get cash to put down the deposit to get the gate card. We really liked how the house looks. The pictures do a great job showing how nice it is. There are some cosmetic nicks and scrapes throughout the house but that's what you expect with the house being geared to families. The pool at the house is nice enough. The hot tub never got hot. But that's really our fault because we never asked the property manager for help with it. There were plenty of towels. We did get nervous one of the nights when there was some noise around the outside of the house. Overall, I'd stay here again.

March stay.

House was as pictured. House is dated, but clean and neat. Has many of the things that make for a good stay - a good starter pack of essentials and beds were mostly comfortable. The pool area is in real need of attention as the furniture is past dated. Our only real disappointment was that the internet did not work, nor the cable on the main television. Calls to the management did not yield any response and so we were there for a week and a half with out.

Need to be renovated. - it is ok but it shows its age

Air conditioning was not working the first night. We phoned Vacasa and it was working the next day. Wind blew off part of the screen over the pool and Vacasa got it repaired the next day. Andrew at Vacasa got the spa to work at no extra charge. The blind in the patio door need to be repaired.

Lots of places to stay like this in Orlando, stay somewhere else.

The cleaning lady was still there when we arrived at 4pm (check in time). And we were told she would not be finished for another hour. We took the last load of laundry out and made the bed ourselves. And some of the linens, on the beds that were made, were damp. I was very frustrated about this situation, because we were traveling for 12 hours with 2 babies and needed to get in and rest, but were unable to do so. And there was a large cleaning fee, so I expect that it should be done timely. The carpet needs to be replaced or at least shampooed. It appears clean, but my nephews feet and knees were very dirty after crawling around. Also, the cleaning lady left the garage door open the entire time we were there while she was in the garage doing laundry. By the time she left it was 86° in the house. The air conditioner struggled to keep the air down during the day without leaving the garage door open. When we got there, there was no hot water. We reset the hot water heater and this fixed the issue, but it had to be reset again 2 days later. The listing said there was wifi. However the wifi did not work at all. The wifi box itself seemed to be broken.

Lots of issues with this property made for a not so nice week.

Items missing or needing repair No Spa heat. Fixed after complaint to Vacasa rep Kitchen utensils: No knives – Sharp kitchen type. Vacasa rep brought a new set of knives and block. No spatulas/turners – Bought our own. No foil/wrap to cover leftover type items - Bought our own. Toaster Broken: Electrical problem – looks like short or something broken around coils. Vacasa rep brought a new one. Only one burner on the stove worked. Vacasa rep came out and did some adjustment. However the two left side burners turn on and start to heat for a couple minutes then quit. Right rear still doesn’t work at all. We only use stove to cook breakfast so weren’t really hampered by this problem. Little cleaning supplies: Kitchen cleaner, bath cleaner, rags/scrubbing sponges, etc. There is a broom (but no dust pan), mop and bucket (but no way to wring out mop except by hand), and vacuum. There were 4 laundry soap pods, and a few dishwasher packets. Wireless network access very spotty. Router keeps dropping sessions and forcing logons. Rebooted wireless router many times. Rebooted cable modem repeatedly to no avail. Finally called Vacasa rep. Vacasa rep checked and contacted the cable co. but their response time was out several days. (Home Guide states to call internet provider but doesn’t provide name of provider or phone number for contact. Since there is no network connection it’s pretty hard to try and discover who it is!) No cover over any of deck/pool area. When trying to enter house from deck water gets in rug, especially if it’s raining outside and you can’t dry off. No hand rails to assist pool/spa entry and the step into the spa is higher than a normal step. No pool cover to lessen loss of pool heat during the night. That’s really helpful during Spring and Fall months to keep costs down. 2 cuts through kitchen floor. Missing and broken blinds on sliding door to the pool. Two large tears in the screen fabric around the pool. (One overhead dead center and one on pool side away from screen door in lower panel. Areas on outside corners are starting to wear and will grow into larger holes quickly)

Evidently, the hot tub was not working at all. The house was fine, but poor communication

The information I received stated that if we wanted the pool heated to call 24 hrs. in advance. I called early the morning prior to our late afternoon arrival the following day (more than 24 hrs) to request that the pool be heated. When we arrived, it was cold. I called and left a message, but did not receive a response. The next morning, I called again, and much later that day I did receive a call telling me that by the time I called the day before our arrival, they had already dispatched service, and that I should have called the previous day. I referred to the information I was provided, and was told that was too bad that I didn't get the correct information. Don't plan to actually cook with the limited utensils provided. Also, there was no salt and pepper, or any seasonings on the premises. I have rented several vacation houses, and all have provided sufficient utensils and seasonings so meals can be prepared. My biggest complaint however, had to do with the arrival at the gated community. The only information provided was that I would need to pick up our parking pass. When I got to the "clubhouse" I had to fill out all the information already provided when I rented the house, and was also told that I had to pay a "deposit" on the card needed to access the gate whenever we returned from an outing. The only option I was given was the exact cash, as they did not keep change on the premises. I did not have a $10.00 bill, only $20's, which was not sufficient. They finally accepted the $20.00 and gave me the card to open the gate. Had my instructions informed me that exact payment was required, I would have been prepared for that. And just an FYI, the clubhouse does not open before 8:00 a .m., so if you have an early departure, you can't get your deposit back. All I could do was leave the gate card at the gatehouse, hoping I would not be charged further for not returning the card to the clubhouse.

Property was absolutely gorgeous

Property was absolutely gorgeous & Offers lots of activities, could use some light housekeeping . TVs were very dusty upon my arrival . Other than that i enjoyed my stay Hope to come again soon
