- There is an optional pool heat fee of $20/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). The pool heat must be paid and requested 72 hours prior to arrival due to the time required for the pool to reach temperature
- There is a mandatory $20 per vehicle amenity fee paid pre-arrival
- The A/C does not get lower than 70 degrees
- If the outside air temperatures drop below 55, the heater will not be able to maintain the set temperature
- A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper is included for each bathroom

- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located over the driveway facing out, camera 2 is in the area around the exterior garbage can facing the street, camera 3 is on the back of the house, facing the pool and A/C equipment, and camera 4 is a Ring doorbell at the front door. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
