Overall the stay was average, with some issues. - for the check in our first room had no electricity and was flooded, due to a water leak. After about an hour we were reassigned a different unit. - new unit was "okay" but could tell it was being refurbished on a budget. Cheap roll up blinds, homemade bed frame, cheap ceiling fans that didnt work, and the worst mattressses ever. The sofa set was worn out plastic covered. Then no washer/dryer in room and the laundry room was out of order. Staff was friendly though. If on a budget, this place is just "okay".

The mattresses are super uncomfortable. Pillows are all flat and need to be replaced. The place in general is very dated. Over all cleanliness is lacking, fridge handles have built up grime. Sink faucet drips non stop.

Roachs and location

Just stayed at this location for four nights. March 2025. Renting one of the townhouse units. 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On day two a roach made its presence known in the kitchen. The sink was infested with fruit flies or large gnats, I couldn't decide which. Did not use any of the appliances or dishware at the unit during our stay. I was however disappointed that the ice machine was not working and there were NO ice trays provided. Pool was cold and not usable. Living room cable didn't work. One load of laundry was a total of 6.00. 1.50 to wash and 1.50 to dry. Soap was 1.50 and so were the dryer sheets. Vending machines were all out of order for our entire stay. Location was off the main road but hard to get to as the highway out front was 4 lanes going each direction and always busy. The median made it difficult to access. Several u turns were needed when going anywhere and getting back to the location.

We enjoyed staying here Very comfortable just as described Everything was great We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool Beds were comfortable My 3year old granddaughter liked the playground and of course the pool as we did also One can’t go wrong staying here tplace was/is terrific

Close, but you can't walk there

The property was clean and quiet. No one was around in January. The people in the office were very nice and helpful. The property isn't really close to anything. There is a family restaurant close by and a burger place. Beyond that we had to Uber everywhere and have food delivered. Bring your own supplies and liquor.
