You and your family will absolutely fall in love with this stunning 4 bedroom 3 bathroom pool home backing onto a beautiful forest for complete privacy.

The home is centrally located in the wonderful gated community of Sunset Lakes just a short drive from all of Orlando's world famous attractions! Disney World (4.7 miles), Sea World (13.2 miles), Universal Studios Florida, (18 miles). Not to mention dozens of fabulous restaurants within minutes!

The space
After a fun filled adventure exploring everything Orlando has to offer, retreat back to your private oasis featuring the crystal blue screened in pool and spa for hours of extra fun and relaxation.

We understand fees add up on an already expensive vacation which is why we provide pool heat daily free of charge. Enjoy comfortable swimming conditions even in the cooler Florida months.

The gated community offers a family friendly atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Go out for a stroll and enjoy the palm tree filled neighbourhood with two fishing ponds and a community playground. The lake offers a gazebo where you can sometimes catch a glimpse of the Disney fireworks.

Inside, you'll find a spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home ideal for one or multiple families. Two themed rooms features an Elsa and Anna princess room as well as a Lion King Jungle room that will certainly put smiles on the children's faces and extend their magical experience beyond the parks and attractions.

Relax in the master bedroom that boasts a patio walkout directly to the pool with breathtaking views of the surrounding forest. This bedroom provides more than enough space featuring a King bed, ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and walk in closet.

Family time will be a blast in the bright open concept area that brings together the kitchen, dining and living room. Enjoy your favourite Disney classics with multiple streaming apps including Hulu, ESPN+ Disney+ and much more. As an added bonus, discover TV's in multiple bedrooms for added convenience.

With many grocery stores close by, the open kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with a full set of cookware is sure to make food preparation a delight.

When dining out is on the menu, experience dozens of restaurants within a few minutes including Estabans, Olive Garden, Applebee's, Red Lobster, Steak House, Red Robbin and much more.

Sunset Lakes is one of the closest communities to Disney World. This home offers the perfect balance of being in the middle of all the action and at the same time offering the private peaceful getaway we're all looking for. Book today as this vacation home will not disappoint!
Guest access
Guests will receive the code to the gated community as well as to the smart lock approximately 24-48 hours before check in.

Standard check-in is 4pm and check out is 10am to provide professional cleaning staff with enough time to fully sanitize the home and provide fresh linens for our next guests.
Other things to note
STARTER SET
Starter supplies will be provided including garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent.

CHILDREN
A high chair, pack n play, stroller, crib, baby gates, door alarms and kid friendly dinnerware are provided for your little ones.

POOL/SPA
We provide our guests with free pool heat during the cooler Florida months! Please note the spa is not a hot tub and will be heated to the same temperature as the pool.

GRILL/BBQ
Please note we do not have a grill or bbq at our property. We understand it can be a popular request, but due to insurance and safety reasons, we do not provide a grill or BBQ.

FREE PARKING
There is room for 2-3 cars in the driveway depending on the size of the vehicles. One of the cars may be parked sideways on the Boulevard. Please do not block the sidewalk. There is no street parking permitted between 10pm and 8am. The HOA does not allow commercial vehicles, RV's or boats to be parked in the driveway or anywhere in the community. The HOA is strict with these rules and your vehicle may be towed without warning so please keep this in mind when accounting for your parking needs.

SMOKING
No smoking or vaping is permitted in the home or pool area.

PETS
We love animals but due to our child having an allergy, no pets permitted on the property.

SECURITY CAMERAS
There are three outdoor security cameras on the property for the protection of both the guests and hosts. They are all clearly visible with the first camera facing the driveway, the second facing the side yard and the third is a ring doorbell at the front door. There are no other cameras on the property.

INSECTS/ANIMALS
Due to the location of the rental (tropical, woodsy etc) there may be different types of insects, reptiles or mammals present and nearby. Guests are encouraged to minimize contact with these insects/animals which are native to the region
