Clean and comfortable guesthouse centrally located in Orlando. It is perfect for business travelers, baecation for couples and single getaways!

Less than 35 mins away from all the major theme parks such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World.

15 Mins from beautiful Downtown Orlando and Lake Eola.

20 Mins away from The Mall at Millenia.

25 Mins away from The Florida Mall.

25 Mins from the Orlando Eye and International Dr, which is filled with activities and shopping outlets.

Self check-in, instructions will be sent by 10am the day of check-in. We've made an extra effort to ensure everything is sanitized, especially high touched surfaces. The place is easy to move around. It was designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Very cozy and spacious studio room. Washer and Dryer available right outside of the guesthouse.

Before booking please be aware of these rules:

Check-in time for same day bookings that are reserved after 12:00pm may vary.

Checking out at after 11:30 am will result in a $50 fee. Please try to check-out on time.

There is absolutely no smoking in the unit. Any trace of smoking that is detected in the unit after your stay will be subjected to a $150 fee.

This was all easy-peasy. Smooth as silk. The accuracies to the promotion of the guest house was totally accurate. Clean, comfortable, sweet, and private was first rate. Off street covered parking. Private secured patio for wine and appetizers right outside your front door with lovely dappled tree shade.

I had a very nice stay at this newly renovated studio. It is located in an older part of Orlando (Eatonville) but well situated to go to Orlando highlights. Easy check in and check out. Reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because there was nowhere to put clothing and had to live literally out of my suitcase.

Overall this property worked for what we needed it to. Pros were the great price, in a decent area not busy city, could come and go as we wished. Cons were the WiFi was spotty, there were dead ants on the window sill, no cups for the Keurig, shower always got water outside of it because of the gaps in the glass. All minor things that we adjusted to.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband for a family reunion in the area. My sister stayed on the pullout couch for one of the nights. It’s exactly as described in the listing which I appreciate. This little backyard cottage is in a locked fenced area so it was extra secure & private. All the finishes are new and it was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to the highway. Parking was provided under a covered carport in the driveway. The hosts gave us our space but we’re very responsive when we messaged them with questions. Overall it was a great place to decompress at the end of a busy day and we would happily stay here again.
