The Space:
Welcome to our modern, sun-filled townhome in the exclusive New Preserve Area!
Relax in a spacious living room with a 70" TV, or gather around the sleek, fully equipped open kitchen with seating for 5 at the counter and 6 more in the dining area. The ground floor features a comfortable King bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, enjoy a luxurious King suite with a private bath (bathtub & double sinks), a themed room with a Full bed plus Twin trundle, and another with two Twin beds (one is a twin-over-twin trundle). These rooms share a bathroom with double sinks and a shower. All bedrooms are themed, have TVs, and the washer/dryer is conveniently located in the hallway.
Step outside to your private screened pool area with lounge chairs, outdoor dining for 6, fun games, and a photo stage—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking, fresh towels and linens (including pool towels), and a full-size washer and dryer upstairs. A travel crib and high chair are available upon request.

Per state executive order, gatherings are strictly limited to the maximum occupancy of this property. Only registered guests are permitted to stay. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without refund and possible notification to authorities by neighbors or the HOA.
All units are privately owned. Owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Unclaimed items will be held for 24 hours after checkout. By booking, guests accept all risks associated with use of the property and facilities, including for any invitees.
Storm & Hurricane Policy:

Refunds are only issued if state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation for this area. In such cases, unused rent will be refunded for current or upcoming guests. No refunds will be granted otherwise.

HOUSE RULES:

● Children must be supervised at the pool
● Only flush toilet paper—no wipes or feminine products (guests are liable for plumbing damage)

Storey Lake Resort offers two resort-style Clubhouses, you also have access to both, the first one is in front of the Condo area includes Gym, Lazy River & Putt Putt with Tiki Bar and Restaurant, and additional Kayak rental is available.

This unit is walking distance to the new Clubhouse as you can see in the pictures, including a business center with computers, basketball court, ping pong table, playground with pirate ship-shaped slides, as well as a swimming pool and a lazy river, a full-service restaurant and bar, an ice cream parlor, and a full-service fitness center.
