The space

Welcome to our beautifully renovated vacation home, just 15 miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom! Freshly updated in 2024, our spacious 4 -bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat offers the perfect combination of comfort and style for your Orlando getaway.

You'll love the tastefully furnished interiors, designed with relaxation in mind, and the fully equipped kitchen. Step outside to enjoy a stunning private pool with perfect woodland backdrop, perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks.

With all the modern amenities and thoughtful touches, our home is ideal for families or groups looking for a magical stay near Disney!

Living

Our separate living spaces are the focal point of the home.

Both feature all carpeted floors, with sofas and chairs.

The first living area is directly as you enter the home and features seating and a sofa along with a dining area.

Our second open plan living area is finished in a modern style and features access to the lanai and pool area, a new large sofa, streaming TV and soundbar.

Kitchen

This is a beautiful kitchen where you will be able to create all your favourite dishes! Featuring a stove, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freeze, kettle, toaster and coffee machine... everything that you are going to need to make any meal!

We provide all the iron and silverware, you will need for nothing!

Dining

Our open plan living area features our new dining table and chairs, we have seating for six around the table and for smaller groups, there is a smaller table in the kitchen area. The kitchen can be accessed directly from this area.

Bedrooms
4 bedrooms, sleeps 9.

The Master Bedroom is a huge private suite, featuring a king bed, walk in closet and plenty of drawer space.

A large TV will give you access to all of your favourite streaming services, the room also features a cooling ceiling fan so you can catch the breeze!

The Master also features an ensuite bathroom featuring a bath, shower and WC, there's views of the pool from this room which is situated towards the rear of the home.

The Second Bedroom features a large streaming TV, queen bed, ample storage space through a large closet and and drawer space and a large ensuite which features a shower, vanity and WC. This room is situated at the front of the home.

Bedroom Three can sleep up to three people on our fantastic bunks! Your Kids will love the Aristocats themed room! The bunks will be included in our new photography.

Bedroom Four is in a delightful Peter Pan theme, features two single beds, large closet and storage space with a large wall hung streaming TV.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom which features a shower / bath combo, vanity and toilet.

Beautiful spaces to relax after a day at the parks!

Second Bedroom

The Bathroom that serves the second bathroom features a toilet and shower.

There are plenty of towels and linens! We provide you with all face cloths and towels across each bathroom.

Hairdryers are provided in all the bathrooms too!

Games Room

For that ultimate Florida feel, we have converted the garage in to a games room, we feature a pool table, air hockey, foosball and now also a wall hung streaming TV!

Pool

Our North West Facing Pool is a sun lover's delight.

All Pool towels are provided and we have good quality lounge furniture on the deck for you to enjoy.

For those outdoor meals, we feature a large patio table and chairs that sit under the lanai, out here you'll find a large cooling fan too so you can enjoy the starry nights with a cooling breeze.

The pool is protected from the home by a safety fence, this has two positional gates to enter the water.

Pool Heating is recommended November - April, Heat is provided through an electric heater and costs $35 per night inclusive of tax.

The pool pump is scheduled to operate for 12 hrs during your summer stay and reduces to 8 hours over the winter months. If you have paid for pool heat, the pool pump will be altered to run for 12 hours to provide heat.

Outside
This community features a playground, which is situated just over the road from our home.

Sandy Ridge is a fantastic, popular mixed short term and residential community, sitting within about twelve miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom and within easy reach of local amenities and a range of new restaurants opening up around Championsgate, we are also ideally placed for access to Interstate 4.
