Vackert och rymligt privat poolhem i "The Shire" Gated Community. Perfekt för familjesemester, affärsresor eller avkopplande par. Nära Disney och Universal temaparker. Champions Gate ligger i närheten och erbjuder många charmiga restauranger, butiker och golf. Koppla av vid den uppvärmda poolen eller ta ett dopp i bubbelpoolen. Behöver du göra lite arbete? Inga bekymmer - det här hemmet erbjuder gratis wifi såväl som ett kontor som är utrustat med en skrivare och skanner för din bekvämlighet. Shire har nu nya platt-TV-apparater i de flesta rum och ett separat vardagsrum och familjerum - perfekt för en familjesemester. Vi har också lagt till en BBQ Grill för din bekvämlighet. Allt du kan önska dig under ett tak.

Närliggande Clubhouse har ett gym, ping pongbord, tennisbanor, sandvolleyboll, mediaområde och en stor gemensam pool.

Pool heat is an additional $20 per day to cover electric bill and must be for the entire length of stay. Also, cars may only park in driveway.

Guests must put garbage bin out on Sunday night for pickup and BBQ Grill must be properly cleaned after use to avoid being charged a $40 cleaning fee.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very prompt and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. The kids absolutely loved the pool! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and plenty of dishes, which made meal prep easy. The location was ideal — close to Disney and just a short drive to the beaches. Highly recommend!

Good Family Time.

Enjoyed our stay! It was a great home with amble rooms, and accommodations were extremely welcoming. Truly enjoyed our family time. Would only recommend an update on the BBQ grill.

Fantastic Stay

The property and the owner were great. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The house was clean when we got there and the pool and spa were perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Will stay here again.

We enjoyed the home. The owner was very accommodating and checked in on us through text message. I only needed to reach out to her once on the day of arrival, she quickly replied. The home is very spacious, the bedrooms are nice size and the kitchen is truly stocked. I would highly recommend this property to families, couples or groups.

Great stay

Everything was as stated. Monica stayed in touch to be sure things were going well after our arrival and the night before we left. Of the homes we have stayed at this was our favorite. We paid for heated pool and the last night we were there it was in the 50s but my granddaughters played in the pool all evening.

Very pleased with "The Shire" Home

"The Shire" was a wonderful home away from home for our 10 day Florida family vacation during March 2024. The home was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet gated community. Communication with our host Monica was excellent and she was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic vacation home

This property was an ideal location for our get away. It was close enough to everything that we wanted to see and do yet quiet and secluded. Adult Family Vacation

Everything was excellent. All the information for the house was sent several days in advance. Giving me time to make sure we had everything we needed. Monica checked in to make sure everything was ok. She answered any questions and sent all the check-out information again before we left. We paid for the heat and the pool and hot tub was great! Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked for cooking anything.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Villa was as described. Monica was super efficient in responding to any queries, which were resolved quickly. The Shire at West Haven

Property was beautifully decorated and had homely touches. It is a quiet neighbourhood and felt like an end plot due to the way the houses were positioned. There were lots of clear labelled instructions on how to use everything in the property. It feels very big considering it is all on one level, the 5 bedrooms are very well spaced out, ensuring privacy.

My family and I enjoyed every moment spent in this beautiful home! Monica was very polite, reliable and super sweet. Every time I messaged her, she would respond. She checked on my family and I throughout our stay and I really love that! She made us feel very comfortable in her home! I would recommend this home to any and everyone!
