There is tons of square footage, gas kitchen stove, & propane BBQ grill by the pool (pool heating available at a request). One first floor bedroom, & a perfectly stocked kitchen. A TV in every bedroom, & the perfect layout to enjoy time together but privacy when you'd like it. The resort has a LAZY RIVER, multiple pools, and a waterslide. You will love it here! All basic essentials provided.

The space
You'll love this home! A total of 3 MASTER BEDROOMS! (Two with king beds). Poolside dining-large couch-TV- and lounge chairs- separated spa. Themed bedrooms for the kids - harry potter and princesses :) There is a TV living area downstairs, outside, and upstairs.

First-floor layout:
- 1 master room with ensuite bathroom (king bed)
Second-floor layout:
- 1 master room with ensuite bathroom (queen bed)
- 1 master room with ensuite bathroom (king bed)
- 1 bedroom room (Minion) with shared hallway bathroom (1 queen bed and 1 twin bed)
- 1 bedroom (princess) with shared hallway bathroom (2 twin beds)

The resort has a fitness center, multiple pools, waterslide, outdoor fireplace, lazy river, poolside refreshments.

Guest access
Guard gated access, and self check-in anytime after 5PM!

Other things to note
Max 5 car for any reservation. Two cars parking in driveway, the rest of parking is on street in designated areas. Pool heating available for $35/day for full reservation duration. (Please send us 2 days notice, but we can also happily accommodate last minute requests!

NOTE*** During Clubhouse hours (9am-6:30pm) You need to go to the front desk. You will need to provide your IDs, Reservation Information, and the license plate number of the primary vehicle.

Once the above information is verified and recorded by the front desk staff you will pay the leisure patron amenity access fee ($35-$45) and then you will be issued car passes, and the Resort Access Card. You will also be provided a pamphlet with resort information.
