The space

     The villa is perfect for the young and the young at heart who wish to bring together under one roof large families and groups celebrating all of lifes wonderful moments such as vacations, weddings, anniversaries, family reunions, golf outings, sports competitions, corporate retreats, etc.

     There are 12 king bedrooms and 2 kids’ rooms, one with 2 sets of full-over-full bunk beds, and the other with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds.The master bedrooms are the Titanic, Jaws, and Firstman/space rooms.

     First floor bedrooms with their own bathrooms: Titanic, Jaws, Tiffany’s, Wizard of Oz, Godfather’s.

     Second floor bedrooms with their own bathrooms: Firstman/space, Back to the future, Transformers.

We are one of the first to feature this amazing experience, bringing this arcade version of Halo to life. The house comes with two lanes of your own private bowling alleys! Other games include pool table, air hockey table, basketball hoops, happy soccer, hydro thunder, happy baby basketball, electronic piano, etc.x3 120-inch projector screens, with an additional 120-inch projector in the main family living room area.

Additionally, guests have FREE ACCESS to the 5,600 square foot clubhouse inside the Solterra resort community, featuring a fitness center, a resort-style pool with a water slide, a lazy river, pool side cabanas, food and beverage services, tennis courts, and so many more fun activities for the young and the young-at-heart! There is a Target supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, Multiple restaurants, banks and other services approximately 3 miles from the home.
