âą Up to 5 vehicles can park in the driveway. If required, there is also an additional parking at the clubhouse. Clubhouse overnight parking is not allowed.
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. You will also have full access to Sonoma Resort amenities.

The property is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.
Guests have access to the Sonoma Resort, which features a luxury clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility.

Please feel free to park in the driveway. Itâs important to keep the parked cars out of the streets or the grass. There is overflow parking available at the clubhouse.

Pet Friendly:
âą Pets less than 70lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets).
âą A pet fee of $129 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.
âą If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $129 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.
Additional Services:
âą Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request.
