Located within the Windsor at the Westside gated community, you'll have full access to the resort clubhouse and its amenities, such as a shared pool, a lazy river, a water slide, a free arcade, a store for essentials (like suntan lotion and pool toys), and a tropical bar and restaurant.
Making family time effortless, the main living area boasts an oversized leather sofa overlooking a large smart TV, as well as a fully-equipped chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two refrigerators, and high-end pots and pans. The adjacent dining table will comfortably seat the entire group for mealtime.
Two of the nine bedrooms are themed for the kids - one in a Toy Story theme and the other, in an Encanto theme. Ensuring comfortable resting quarters for all, each of the bedrooms is adorned with high-quality linens, a smart TV, and central air-conditioning. The bathrooms are just impressive with their respective walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and large vanities.
The fun extends upstairs in the theater area, furnished with four lounge chairs overlooking a smart TV and a shuffleboard table. Other conveniences include premium streaming services on all 13 smart TVs (guests must log in using their own credentials) and a private washer/dryer.
Known for its great mix of shopping, golfing, and close distance to Orlando, Kissimmee is the perfect destination for fun under the sun! Within 10 miles of your stay, enjoy Sunset Walk for restaurants and live music, H2O Water Park, and Disney's Hollywood Studios. You'll also be close to Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs Disney's EPCOT, Disney's Animal Kingdom, the theme park Fun Spot America in Kissimmee, and Falcons Fire Golf Course, all within 15 miles of your stay! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
