Windsor Palms 3 bed Condo in Gated Resort, Mins to Walt Disney World

Our luxury 3 bedroom/2 bath fully air-conditioned vacation rental Condo is located in the executive gated resort of Windsor Palms. Less than 3.5 miles from Disney World, and only a 3 minute drive to an abundance of shops and restaurants, Windsor Palms offers so many great amenities you may not even want to leave the resort!

The condo is one of the largest on Windsor Palms at over 1400 square feet, so your family will have plenty of room to spread out.

The condo has a king size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a queen size second bedroom and a queen trundle bedroom. There is a second bathroom between the queen and trundle rooms.

The Condo is fully equipped with all the home comforts including:-

Cable TV

Fully equipped kitchen; including oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board.

All linens and towels

Pack-n-play and a High Chair provided at no extra charge

14. Vehicle seats over 8 people
15. Vehicle is registered or tagged as a livery or limousine
16. Vehicle has dual axles
17. Vehicle has a mount in bed for “fifth wheel” trailer towing
b. Recreational Vehicles (RV or Motor Home) – All types towed or self-powered
i. Defined as both motorized and non-motorized vehicles that combine transportation and temporary living quarters for travel, recreation or camping.
c. Trailers for: Cars, Boats, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, debris removal, utility use etc.
d. The following other types of vehicles may not be operated within community:
i. All-terrain Vehicles (ATV) – any Non-Over Road Vehicle
ii. Mini-bikes
iii. Vehicles not registered or insured to operate on public roads
e. The exceptions to non-over road vehicles are only to be used by the community vendors and management in the performance of maintenance and the execution of community related business.

We were surprised at the dinginess of the hallways and stairs, it’s definitely a property in need of upgrades. The biggest complaint was dirty shower liners in both bathrooms. Second to that was the air in the master bedroom never cooled us down. We had the ceiling fan and a portable fan going and we were hot! The screens had big holes in them on the little deck. It was a short stay or I would have contacted the manager

Really enjoyed this condo and its location on the resort. Floor plan was great and very spacious with many provisions included. Highly recommend.

Felt like I was staying at a Dollar Store. I.e bed sheets were Dollar Store Quality. What is up with shower heads? Another Dollar Store item and no water pressure at all. Small bugs found during the stay and found one 3 inch Palmetto. The stay was just “OK” and not worth the price I paid. A remodel is in order for this property.

Everything was nice during our 2 week stay with the exception of 2 dead roaches and another that was almost dead, which were found in the kitchen. We also would prefer regular TV channels in the bedrooms instead of Rocu.

This condo was close to everything. We were only 10 minutes from the Disney Parks and only minutes from ESPN. Plenty of resturants within minutes from the property. Host was very nice also. One of our cheerleaders and her family flight was delayed/canceled and our host had no issue with adding the other car to the reservation after we already checked in. Only one suggestion...maybe have some games in the condo like uno..Scrabble or something like that. One those rainy nights we didn't have anything to do except watch TV. We did really enjoy our stay.

Property is close to the pool and amenities, the third floor location got a bit old as there is no elevator. The dĂ©cor is somewhat “tired”. If this property is priced right I would recommend it

Windsor Palm was absolutely great. The owner Lenno was easy to reach, responsive and the place was as described. Plenty of room, great for family and kids with Disney theme. My grandkids love it and thought it was my other house. The beds were nice and comfortable. The pool area with bar my son loved. Will definitely book this again in the future. Shopping and Walmart is only 7-8 minutes away. Disney is 15min away.

We had nothing but a poor experience staying at this location. After the first night we noticed quite a few issues with each room and I was kind and quick to address them to the homeowner. There were ants crawling on the mattresses and sofa in the living room, there’s a large water stain on the ceiling of the master bedroom, the vacuum was thrown into the master bedroom closet carelessly, the hair dryer in the master bedroom is a FIRE HAZARD because it has no switch to turn it on and off, there’s a hole in the bathroom door in the hall that connects to the other two bedrooms, holes in the screened in porch outside, decals peeling off the wall. No hot water in the shower in either bathroom, and the microwave sounds like a blender when running. When I addressed these issues to the homeowner, they said they’d “send someone out”. They didn’t address any issues that I mentioned above, just simply sent someone out to spray the furniture for ants. On top of these things, our vacation had to be cut short due to a positive COVID test durning our stay. When I told the homeowner about the positive COVID test, I asked if our family could stay in our place so we wouldn’t waste the money for the week, and they declined to allow them to stay. Poor communication, poor management, this property is not worth your time or money.
