Inside, there’s a game loft with an Xbox(currently down), pool table, foosball, and classic arcade games like Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, and Street Fighter II. We also have a bunch of board games for some unplugged fun!

The main living area is open and perfect for big groups. There`s a huge dining table for 14, a big kitchen island with extra seating, and a comfy sectional sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and appliances—ready for you to cook if you’d like.

🌞 Private Pool & Outdoor Space
Outside, enjoy the covered patio, take a swim, or shoot some hoops in the pool (feel free to bring your own basketball). There`s a baby gate available for little ones. You can add pool and spa heat for $40 per day if you`d like warmer water.

🛏️ Comfy Bedrooms with TVs
All 8 bedrooms have TVs with cable, Roku, or Fire Stick. Five bedrooms have king-size beds, so there`s plenty of room to spread out. Whether you`re watching your favorite show or taking a nap, you’ll feel right at home.

Parking in the neighborhood can be very tight. Many of the resort neighborhoods have narrow streets with limited parking. We have opted not to convert the garage into a game room to ensure guests have ample parking.

**There is a maximum of 4 vehicles per reservation, as per resort policy. Unfortunately, we are not able to make any exceptions.

*Important* Trash MUST be bagged when placed in the outside trash bin. The community charges for picking up loose trash in the trash bin and for leaving trash bags on the curb. Therefore, you will be assessed the $110 fee for placing loose trash in the trash bin. While you will be provided with a starter pack of trash bags, you may need to purchase additional bags for your use. There is a $35 fee for leaving trash bags on the curb.

There is no on site bbq grill and there are limited baby items. We recommend renting a bbq grill and baby items during your stay as these companies are better equipped to provide you with safe and sanitary options. We do not warrant the safety of any baby items in the house as we cannot guaranty a previous guest has not damaged any items.

While the house is regularly sprayed for bugs and pests, please note the home is in Florida so it is possible you will see bugs here and there. Keeping trash bagged and doors closed reduces the chances the home will attract bugs.

Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat to the desired temperature. The pool heater is required to heat the spa and operates as one system. The pool will warm while the spa is off and when the spa is activated, the heater redirects its power to the spa. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

Per the house rules, there is no smoking and no parties are allowed at the house. There is a $200 fee plus damages fee for violating these rules. There is also a $500 fee if the x-box gets damaged or goes missing during your stay and a $60 fee for damaged/missing game controls.

Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.

Video Surveillance: The Property has exterior security cameras as part of a secured resort community and a ring video doorbell placed in the front of the doorbell of home. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
