Underbar säng!
Glatt förvånad att detta hotell var så trevligt! Rummet var jätte stort, sängen var underbar och allt var rent och fint. Toppen med kylskåp på rummet också. Frukosten var ok, men med plasttalrikar och tyvärr hade dem Fox News med Trump-propaganda på i frukostrummet.

The room wasn’t very clean and it smelled horrible. Are used to have a canna Lysol trying to get the smell was glad to get up and leave.

They advertised a pool but it was not heated and cold. On April 30th it should be heated. Very disappointed they should tell clients before we book that it is not heated.

Asked for 1 br to accommodate 2 adults ant 2 teens . The rm only had king bed and no pullout sofa . They moved us to standard rm with a king and sofa but not a 1br . Room smelled of smoke and was not refunded the difference for smaller rm . Bait and switch , rip off !

The place was fine, clean, breakfast included. The odd thing is that it was a wheelchair accessible room and the bathroom was a little hard not to get water out and there was water everywhere. Everything else was fine.

We checked in late due to a late flight and the person at the front desk was very nice and efficient. The problem was our room and the floor we stayed on. Our room was located on the 2nd floor on the backside of the building. When we got off the elevator, the entire floor smelled heavily of vomit. Once we got in our room, we could no longer smell the vomit but our room smell heavily of urine. We were only staying the night before heading to another hotel, so we made due but if we had a longer reservation, we would have either asked for another room on a different floor or cancelled and went somewhere else. Perhaps we were just given a bad room/floor but we would not return.

was miscommunication about the airport shuttle... it was my first time using the shuttle from the airport to the hotel... overall the services provided were good. hotel staff were patient and nice. check in was quick. it was a comfortable place to stay.

It started at the airport. I called into the hotel to request the shuttle. Receptionist at front desk had great customer service and sent the transport. The driver gave me a hard time and wanted to see proof that we were guests. All he had to do was radio the front desk. We were tired from a transatlantic flight. After I was seated I found the app showing our reservations. As I was getting off the bus I asked the driver if he'd like to see the reservation. He waved his hand as if I was an insignificant piece of garbage. I'm glad I don't need his approval to know my worth. The room looked dirty. Chalk or white residue on carpet as you enter the room. Bathroom shower was atrocious. Getting in and out would be a problem for an elderly person. As for breakfast, the butter was covered by cream cheese packets. A kind young person offered to search for it under all the cheese as he had the previous day. Sausage tasted as if they reused old sausage. Yuck! Never will stay there again.

The rooms and lobby were squeaky clean. They had a portion of breakfast available even though we were getting the 4:30am shuttle, (pastry, fruit, juice, coffee.) The pool was rather small and a bit cold, only negative. Shuttle was on time and only 10 minutes to the airport

The front desk staff had difficulty making eye contact. She was short, unpleasant and unfriendly. The hotel had a strange odor in the hallway leading to the rooms. The bathtub in our room was unsafe! I've never been in a bathtub was hilly! Everything we set on the side of the tub slid inside. Updates are definitely needed!
