Important Information
• Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
• Quiet hours must be respected
• Trash must be placed in 13-gallon (or larger) bags and disposed of in the trash compartment in front of the house (do not place on the sidewalk)
• Forgotten items can be shipped upon request, with a $30 fee + taxes and shipping cost

Optional Services (upon request)
• BBQ Grill rental: $85 + taxes (price for entire stay, includes 1 propane tank) – request at least 3 days in advance
• Pool/spa heating: $40/day + taxes (required for entire stay) – request at least 5 days in advance
Note: The spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have independent temperature control separate from the pool.

Lost & Found Policy
If any item is found, we will contact you. The guest may pick it up in person or request shipping with a $30 fee + taxes and shipping cost. We are not responsible for forgotten items.
