"Really bad customer service! It is as confirmed about only a bot saying exactly the same polite sentences promising to help or to contact the hotel but never do. They quickly received the hotelpayment and the information about the hotel was missleading information,  unexisting services were mentioned on the hotel, no resoect of requests either and they did not even have a cooperation with the hotel. Absolutely a scam! I wasted hours to contact them 4 times to get the status of my ticket, explaining again and again my issue and they did not even contact the hotel to come up the solution. And when i mentioned that the hotel offered me a worser room than the one I paid for filled with ants, the said that was a solution that i should choose! My family and I have suffered tremendus on our overcharged hotel with no respect to our needs, unfriendly staff and no respect to our requests. No respect for knee hurts after my surgery to climb up the hill to get to the room.. Not trustful company at all. They are not worth more than one star..and that is too much! "

"It was a fantastic stay at for our family of four. We had a Armonia room with pool overview and partial sea view from our balcony. The room was very nice and spacious, AC in both main bedroom and the sofa bedroom, which was separated with a glass door. Even though almost all of the rooms were occupied there was lots of space in and around the pool. Fantastic to have reserved sun-beds for each room and a pool bar just for our pool. Anastasis in the pool bar was excellent and provided great service and beverages throughout our stay! The buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent. Lots of options and regularly refilled. Drinks are not included in the dinner buffet. The a la carte restaurant is very nice, overlooking the main pool and bar area and with fantastic sea views from a couple of tables. Food was well prepared and nicely served. As a guest you get 20% discount if you have buffet dinner included in you package. The room service and bar snack menu is the same. Lots of options and veyr large size dishes, the four of use shared two dishes for lunch eveyr day and that was enough. There are activities for both children and adults free of charge. Our children (9+12 y o) joined two of them but they felt it was aimed for younger children. They also had evening entertainment every other night in the main pool bar area, which was very nice between dinner and bedtime. The coctails served were also very delicious, but slightly overpriced in my opinion. Overall a great experience!"
