Welcome to Larnaca BeachHouse Apartment. Located directly on the beach, the seaviews are stunning especially with the morning sunrise. Our place is newly renovated, it feels fresh and airy and spacious for families to enjoy. This is a fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom apartment, which has 2 bathrooms, both with walk in showers. The open spaced living room/kitchen area has a balcony overlooking the sea where you can sit and enjoy your coffee, breathing in the fresh sea air and the feel of warm sun.
The space
The apartmentis newly renovated. It has a fresh look with sea views and direct access to your own private beach area. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. It has a spacious kitchen/dining/living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine for longer stays. The living room has 2 large sofas and flat screen with Netflix. The living room leads out to a balcony with a side view to the sea. There is an outdoor dining table and chairs for your use. There are 3 bedrooms, the 2 have king-size beds and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds. To accommodate 2 more guests we have 2 single foldout beds. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and we provide shower gel and shampoo. The entire apartment is air conditioned. The apartment is 8km from the town centre and has easy access to the motorway. Agia Napa and Protaras is a 30-40 minute drive.
Guest access
The building is directly on the beach, so from the back doorway there is direct access to the beach.

It's a non smoking apartment.
Parities are not allowed.
