There are more permanent residents at this motel than there are temporary guests. Definitely a tweaker motel. There are people up and noisy at all hours of the night. People are up working on cars in the middle of the night. The bathroom looked like someone put a cigarette out on every surface and smelled like it too. I’m not sure that the towels or linens were clean. We canceled after the first night and moved next door to the Super 8. It was a million times better and cleaner.

Got put into a room that literally smell like a wet dog and had dog poop on the floor when I asked the lady who runs the place to remedy the situation she said it was her day off and we can wait till tomorrow. There's been multiple staff members there that were rude disrespectful and downright out of line I shouldn't have to explain myself to any of the maids when the lady that runs the property is in the room right next to the office. If you want to stay out of drama and horrible stinky rooms don't stay here

I checked in and went out for food and a couple other things when I returned a lady was in my room because the office rented her my room she wouldn’t let me get my bag I returned to the office to complain they had to get my bag and put me in another room

Stay was unexpected. You get what you pay for. Blankets has burnt cigarette holes. Got a non smoking room but the whole room smelt like cigarettes. Got a room with shared door in between? Was pretty late at night so we didn’t bother to switch because we were gonna check out the next morning anyways. Kind of a sketchy area. Had street homeless people around and was followed to room so just be aware of surroundings.

I will like to let people no that this motel is not a good place to stay it was not a very good night trying to sleep I was itching all night look under the covers and found bedbugs had to sleep seating up I will not recommend anyone to stay there at all nesty hotel

I got charged twice once from groupon which was 100 dollars and the other price at the hotel was only 86. Im pretty mad i got charged twice and no one is willing to do a refund. Especially groupon...they charged way more than they should of but also the hotels fault for telling me that the groupon charge would fall off my bank statement and get that 100 dollars back but that didnt happen. Im very upset i feel like money was stolen from me and no one wants to do anything about it.

Asked for a non smoking room but there were cigarette smell all over. Crackheads having sex upstairs all night with heavy music till the next day morning. Could hear stripper walking around. Found ticks and bedbugs. Floor was super oily and slippery. The ceiling had red stains not sure if it’s blood or other unknot chemicals. Overall this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.

The front office was very rude to me when I asked for another room because the room I was in wasn’t getting cool it was very hot in the room and I have asthma the heat with triggers to have a asthma attack but the new room was a little bit better but they need to update there cooling system they are very old and out dated.

This is a roof over your head and a bed, but not comfortable or pleasant. I chose this site because it was listed as having a pool, but the pool was filled in with dirt. There were roaches in the room. There was damage to the bathroom door that needed to be fixed. I felt sorry for the several homeless folks camped around outside the building. The only bright side was the beautiful park just down the street that had nice grass and river access.
