Property is lovely and has a great pool area with plenty on sun beds. Rooms were large however the lighting isn’t fabulous. The bathroom and pool towels really need to be replaced - they have had their day! Easy walk into town and only 100 TL for a cab when I took one into town. Breakfast is great and omelettes to order were delicious.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, clean, lots of loungers by the pool. Loved all of the chairs around the resort to sit and relax. The grounds were beautifully maintained.

A beautiful, relaxing well kept hotel
Great location, easy to relax in, no rush for the sunbed here. Service impecable, staff can’t do enough for you. Genuine friendly people in the resort. They pride themselves on serving organic local produce. On the minus side management although highly visible throughout don’t have any interest in their guests. Breakfast is plentiful but unfortunately they are letting guests down by forcing them to pay London prices for fresh and may I say delicious, fruit juice. This would not bother me if it wasn’t for them not providing cold drinks apart from iced water, which you would expect for breakfast. For a family of 4 this charge means £8 daily, (14 liras per juice). If you have paid for breakfast you expect juice to be included in the price. Transport to Itzuzu beach is mentioned on website as being provided from the hotel’s private jetty free of charge. This in reality only happens 2 days per week. We ended up driving there. One of the receptionists in particular was very unhelpful. His English was not up to standard to be working in reception as he was unable to understand basic requests. They have a policy of only a key per room regardless, which when you have a family room with 2 older teenagers makes it a little difficult. Our thanks to the young Hungarian girl who was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. She is worth her weight in gold ,also the gentleman in the bar and Ali the pool boy ,always so helpful. We will be back to this relaxing, beautiful hotel.

The hotel is a family owned and the traditional hotel of Dalyan. Dalyan being very bound to nature, in a protected environment and not being a very overloaded touristic place, the hotel has every comfort and extra that is needed (pool, air conditioning, very nice garden with sufficient sunbeds etc). This makes the hotel a special place for Dalyan. The hotel rooms on the ground floors have a nice terrace with garden view. Unfortunately the upper rooms (which we chose), that are a little bigger do not have any place to go outside or to dry something (eg towels, clothes etc). You feel closed up in the room and actually do not feel the desire to rest or remain in the room. The garden and pool facilities are very nice and for the dalyan condition in good conditions, but unfortunately the prices for drinks and food are incredibly high (twice or even triple the price outside) and this causes the guests unfortunately not to stay in the hotel but to go outside. The distance to the city center is in perfect walking distance, since the touristic areas are getting louder and more and more annoying. In short a nice Walk after the Dinner. Overall a good stay and in the rough Dalyan environment, but still room for improvement for the hotel and the employees.

It's a great place, very beautiful and relaxing, great staff, good food, i recommend the Half Board, next to Dalyan river, 10 minutes away from the beach by boat. you can take a 10 minutes walk to the bus station, Ortaca shoping markets is 30 minutes away, Marmaris is 1 h 30 minutes away.

Lækkert hotel med skønne udeområder.
Hotellet er skønt og poolområderne er lækre med brusere og toiletter tæt på. Haven ved floden er virkelig hyggelig med mange hyggekroge. Servicen er helt i orden. Deres wellness-afdeling var desværre en stor skuffelse. Alt var slukket (også lyset), da vi kom derned, og det tager altså noget tid at varme hamam, sauna og dampbad op. Jacuzzien kunne personen slet ikke finde ud af at tænde. Så wellness-området, som ellers så meget lækkert ud, kan vi ikke anbefale.

So I love Dalyan, but this resort was awesome on top. Delicous organic food, wonderful warm Turkish people, very clean and well kept property. It was so hard for me to leave. The rooms are very nice with high ceilings and comfortable beds. will definitely go back.

Lovely hotel
Checking in and out at reception was appalling. Guy at reception rude and got an attitude problem. No name badges so difficult. He appeared to be about 30 years old. The rest of the staff were so accommodating and made the break manageable. WiFi was efficient and effective. Shame lovely hotel but will not be returning.

Otel personeli (sahipleri de dahil) Türk müşterilere karşı ilgisiz sanki insan ayırımı yapıyorlar. Temizlik idare eder seviyesinde.. Daha öncede yine aynı otelde konaklamıştık ve çok memnun ayrılmıştık. Bu defa aynı memnuniyet söz konusu değil mutsuz ayrıldık. Çıkış yaparken ekstra fazladan hesap çıkardılar çok şaşırdık ama neyse ki biz hakkımızı aradık ve haklı olarak paramızı da geri aldık. Yanlışlık olmuş vs deyip özür dilediler ama biz bilinçli yapılan bişey olduğuna emindik. Müşterilerini böyle küçük numaralarla kandırmak ne kadar doğru bilemiyorum. Sonuç olarak artık tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel olmaktan çıktı

Yıllardır sürekli gelen misafirlerle kendiliğinden oluşan dostlukları , yabancılara özel ilgi gibi yansıtmak çok haksız bir eleştiridir. Otelimize 15 yıldır sürekli gelen , 18. kez gelen misafirlerimiz bulunmakta ve artık bu kişilerle misafirden öte bir arkadaşlık ilişkisi kurulmaktadır. Daha önce de bu ilişkileri yanlış yorumlayan Türk Misafirlerimiz malesef olmuştu. Bizler misafirlerimizin ekstra harcamalarını şişiren ve bunu kasıtlı yapan bir işletme asla olmadık. bu suçlamayı asla kabul etmeyiz. Çıkışta da zaten hesap ekstreleriniz kontrolü yapmanız için verilir sizlere. Bazen misafirler de oda numaralarını karıştırırlar, bazen de siparişi alan garsonlar (oda numarası yanlışlığı )bu hatayı yapmış olabilir. İşletmeyi bu şekilde itham edenler genelde dışardan içeceklerini taşıdığı için uyardığımız misafirlerden gelir. Sizi mutlu edemediğimiz için üzgünüz. İşletme Sahibi

Dalyan highly recommended
Hotel says 4. 5 stars but no in room toiletries, tissues or tea:/coffee making. In room fridge provided with complimentary water on first day only. Hotel location and site is second to none. Lovely gardens, pool and riverside lounging. Overlooks tombs which look fantastic especially at night. Half board is adequate and reasonably priced but Dalyan central with restaurants, bars and shops are just a short walk away. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Bullent who helped us plan our time there and made our trip so enjoyable.

We booked a room with a double bed and 2 singles and upon arrival were given the room which was clearly the most convenient one for them to provide. They were informed about the bed situation and we were told the following morning they would change the room. We were kept awake till the early hours of the morning because the room given was over the hotel owners room below us, This in a hotel which was 97% empty as it is almost end of season here! The following morning I found myself in a argument with the manager over the noise situation, he was of the opinion that what I was say was impossible and secondly he had the impudence to try to question why as 2 people we had booked a room with a double and 2 singles and tried to brush me off by refusing to provide us the room we had paid for. Only after I threatened to leave the for another hotel did he say he would actually upgrade us. At which point we could not be bothered to changed with only 1 more night to stay there. We enquired about the boat tour and were told it was the end of the season and they were finished but they could arrange a tour for 2 for 500 TL! We could see boats full of people going past us on the river at the back of the property. Later we went to the river and got a private tour for 2 which lasted 4 hours for 200 TL. The buffet breakfast was none existent and we were surprised at check out with a charge of 40 TL for fresh juice with our breakfast. Exceedingly poor service and customer care.

No email communication or reply prior to arrival. When we arrived we noticed on the reception desk a big sign "No food or drink to be brought into the hotel" When I inquired about this I was told not even a bottle of water was allowed in and I could purchase anything I needed inside the hotel itself. No meal or snack pack available for late arrivals or even a snack available to purchase. So what happened to the "everything is available inside the hotel" ? The next morning the breakfast buffet had run out of food one hour before the breakfast was supposed to finish! No breakfast! so what happened to the "everything is available inside the hotel" ? When I complained to the reception staff they just said they are very busy. "We are not as busy tomorrow". NO apology ! By now we are getting very hungry. Luckily there are some very nice restaurants nearby. We didn't want to put the hotel out to much so we opted the eat out tonight, even though we were half board. We decided to check-out of the hotel the next day due to: no fridge in the room as requested prior to arrival for medication - No late arrival food or snack pack - Smellie drains outside the room door preventing us from leaving a window or the door open - NO room service - Breakfast food running out half way through breakfast period - Not allowed to bring our own food or drink into the hotel, even though hotel has run out of food!! NOW THE FUN BEGINS, EARLY CHECK OUT TIME ... They tried robbed us. Big headach

Dear Guest, we do understand that you were upset for the reminders of not bringing food or drink from outside. This is a Half-Board hotel, not an All-Inclusive one. Every service you request will be paid extra, because your room rate is adjusted accordingly. I am sure an All-Inclusive hotel would appreciate if you would like to bring your alcholic drinks from outside. A big bottle costs you less than 0.5 euro during your stay that is what you were arguing for. For late arrivals if the guests send us a request we prepare cold dish plate or sandwiches IF Requested. When we do not know of course we do not do that and please let us know which hotel does. Check-out time is 12.00 noon all over the world. And we always tolerate guests if the hotel is available. Because for the next guest we need to prepare the room. If you were the guest who cannot check in by 2.00-3.00pm which is also check-in time because the was not ready, I cannot imagine what you would write as review. Your review aims to destroy a business. I would definitely recommend you to go ULTRA All-Inclusive hotels where you would never concern about bringing drinks from outside or staying hungry. We are sorry that we could not provide you a happy stay. Fulya OKUTUR

Chambre suite très bien.menage a contrôler en fonction delà personne (ex:draps changes après notre demande au bout d une semaine alors que c'est prévu au bout de 3 jours.beaux jardins.tres bon rapport qualité prix.a 10mn a pied du centre ville et au bord de la rivière

Pleasant surprise at the Dalyan Resort
Was pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Dalyan Resort. We didn't expect the hotel to be so spa-like (although we didn't get to enjoy any spa activities) and it was more full-service than we thought as we didn't realize it came with dinner as well as breakfast, both of which were delicious and plentiful with lots of options at the buffet. The setting along the river was superb. The grounds were beautifully maintained with lots of different little areas to hang out including two pools. The walk into town was easy and not too long, although if it had been closer, we would have loved to have gone into town after dinner where the energy must have been hopping. One thing that I would note is the overall friendliness was less than other hotels we stayed at. Two of the staff - one of the bellmen and the other our waiter at dinner - were very friendly and outgoing, but we didn't get too many warm fuzzies from anyone else, especially the staff at reception, who were certainly helpful and attentive, but just not overly welcoming as we've been used to everywhere else.

Beautiful setting but some annoying faults.
Lovely riverside setting, perhaps a ten minute walk from the main part of town. The beach and local ruins were easily accessible by boat. Large, clean room overlooking the swimming pool. The staff is attentive and friendly. Our reservation included a varied and tasty breakfast and dinner daily, all for reasonable cost. Unfortunately, there were some annoying quirks. The shower fixture in our room was very fancy, with multiple shower heads from different directions, but hot water disappeared shortly after our arrival and, even with some fiddling by management, would only flow at a slow rate at best for the rest of the stay. Internet access in the room was non-existent, again despite attempts by the staff to help us, so we had to walk to the lobby where the WiFi connection was decent. The advertised free boat transport from the resort to beautiful Iztuzu Beach was not running due to low volumes (in early May), but we managed to use the public transport boats for a few Turkish lira each way. Overall, my wife and I really liked the Dalyan Resort Hotel, but these little problems need to be addressed.

Dear Guest, Sorry if I have understood wrong because I have read only the translation of your review. Our hotel is in the middle of a nature. That is why sometimes cats enter the garden. We do not feed them. Sometimes hotel guests do and we request not to give food to cats. That is why we keep a dog named BlackSea in order to keep the cats away since 2005. Our hotel is at the most silent point in Dalyan. We do not play loud music other than dinner time. Sorry for not making you happy. I wish you have made complains while you were still at the hotel. Unsatisfactory
We went in the off-season and almost none of the facilities were open. The "suite" that we reserved for 4 people was 2 tiny rooms one of them without any lights at all. We had to ask several times to get enough towels and we also needed to ask to get our room cleaned. I am sure it would be nice during the season, but we definitely did not get what we paid for.
