Relaxed, wonderful pool
Mario and Guilia were very friendly and helpful. The house is pleasant. It's a good place to chill and get away from the busyness. The pool is fantastic (they also have floating stuff there to use) and the balcony a great place to have food (do bring anti muskito stuff). Kitchen well equiped. Beds are alright, but not great. We were two couples and a small child. The separate bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs worked nice for privacy) would recommend to stay

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole nella bellissima tenuta di casa tucciano, immersi nella quiete di lecci e olivi. Il giardino è curato maniacalmente, la piscina un vero gioiello. Nelle giornate uggiose abbiamo goduto dell’elegantissimo loggiato e del salotto con camino rinascimentale. La cucina con dettagli in marmo è rustica e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione dell’immobile è stata un’ideale base di partenza per gite in luoghi indimenticabili. Un piccolo suggerimento per migliorare ancora di più l’esperienza potrebbe essere sostituire reti e materassi nelle camere da letto. Grazie a mario e alla sua splendida famiglia per un fantastico soggiorno

Très beau jardin et belle et grande piscine au calme
Très bel environnement. Et très bon accueil. Jardin et piscine sont superbes. Un petit bémol quant à l’obsolescence de certains équipements dans la maison, notamment l’électroménager et la literie.

Excellent séjour!
La maison est très accueillante et adaptée à la famille. C'était un grand plaisir d'y séjourner ces deux semaines trop courtes. La piscine est superbe et très bien entretenue. Les moustiquaires et l'air conditionnée apportent beaucoup de confort. Le jardin et l’environnement sont magnifiques. Seule la literie dans les chambres a constitué une gène. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle villa .

Vacanza perfetta!
Siamo 2 famiglie, totale 4 adulti e 4 ragazzi e abbiamo trascorso 10 notti a fine agosto in questa bellissima casa. Le comunicazioni con il proprietario Mario sono state ottime, sia prima che dopo l'arrivo. La villa si trova in una grande proprietà con un rigoglioso giardino e uliveto ben tenuti. Gli spazi comuni sono immensi, si puo' mangiare sia in sala che all'esterno in un patio o sul terrazzo. In 8 siamo stati veramente comodi. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutti gli utensili, oltre a vari servizi di piatti e bicchieri, che raramente si trovano così numerosi nelle case in affitto.Le camere a piano terra sono molto spaziose, al secondo piano vi e' una matrimoniale e l'altra è piu' piccola, ma comoda. Veramente fantastica è la piscina, incastonata nel giardino e ombreggiata, fornita di materassini e giochi, e viene pulita tutti i giorni. La posizione è ottimale, a pochi km da Orte, in massimo un'ora si arriva a Tivoli, Tarquinia, Orvieto, Cascate delle Marmore,ecc. Soggiorno positivo, da ritornarci.

Splendide maison pour des vacances en famille.
Nous avons passé 3 semaines géniales avec nos deux filles de 13 et 15 ans. La propriété est superbe: la maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée, la piscine est grande et les jardins autour sont parfaitement entretenus. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et discrets. Ils répondent rapidement à nos demandes. Merci à Giulia pour les fruits de leur verger qu'elle nous apportaient. Les enfants ont même profité de la douce présence de leurs deux chats Kiwi et Gandi. Superbes vacances dans la villa Lucciano!!!! Munissez vous cependant de produits anti-moustiques! Maison idéale pour ceux qui aiment le calme et la nature. Elle est située à 70 km de Rome que nous avons visité en plusieurs fois. La région est très jolie; il y a plusieurs petits villages pittoresques à visiter et les cascades de Marmore à 40km de la maison. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Fabulous house, away from it all
Villa Tucciano is an amazing house with the most fabulous pool. The rooms are well equipped (although there is only air conditioning in the 2 upstairs bedrooms with a fan for of the downstairs rooms). The sunset views from the balcony were amazing. There is always shade around the pool which was important for our children and the pool was cleaned and maintained daily. We were also brought 2 baskets of plums and nectarines which was a lovely touch. The WiFi (an essential my kids) wasn’t great but that was the only slight negative about the house. What it is important to realise is that this isn’t a particularly touristy area so there isn’t an abundance of restaurants / shops (at least we struggled to find any without driving to Viterbo), but we are happy to cook for ourselves. We loved our stay here and would wholeheartedly recommend the house.

Lovely house with a great pool and garden
The house is old but wonderful. The garden is very big and the swimmingpool fantastic. The balcony has a great view and is lovely to have your breakfast and dinner. The kitchen is wel equipped. Only to rooms upstairs have airco. The rooms below not and that is a pitty because the rooms below are very huges. The rooms witg airco are small. The upstairs bathroom needs some renovation. There is wifi but it is bot working all the time. We do like cats but the cat named Kiwi was very cheecky. We could leave a door open because the cat run to the kitchen and eat our food. At dinner outside he jumped on the table and grabbed from our plate. The hosts are very friendly and communicate very good. We have had a great vacation.

I thank you for the advise, in any case we was going to install the air conditioning in the bedrooms downstairs, that will working the next summer. Prachtige tuin en bomen rondom de vijver, met mooie beelden
Geheel in de natuur met veel terrassen .Groot huis met antieke meubilering .gezellige slaapkamers . Alles heel persoonlijk met veel boeken en een open haard. De eugenaren zijn heel aardig en behulpzaam.kortom heerlijke locatie en gezellige dorpen vlakbij Viterbo.wat een prachtige stad is..

Consigliatissimo: un angolo di paradiso facilmente accessibile
La nostra famiglia composta da 4 persone, con due figlie di 10 e 20 anni ha avuto il grandissimo piacere di essere ospitata dalla famiglia Moretti presso qs. stupenda villa. Ospitalità attenzione e disponibilità sono le parole chiave che hanno caratterizzato il loro atteggiamento nei ns. confronti. La villa è fornitissima per ogni esigenza, dagli accessori in cucina agli spazi interni ed esterni enormi e curatissimi. La piscina ed il giardino sono fantastici e ci avremmo trascorso tutta la settimana se nn fosse stato per le belle mete vicine da Orte a Roma a Viterbo. Nell'insieme non ho trovato un solo punto debole ed io in genere sono esigente. Spero di poterci tornare presto perché la zona ha molto da offrire. Grazie di tutto, ci siamo sentiti fortunati e accolti come vecchi amici!

Maison et piscine de charme
Superbe endroit calme : piscine, maison et jardin pleins de charme, l’ensemble Est très bien entretenu propre. Tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine, barbecue pratique à l’extérieur, plusieurs terrasses pour manger, climatisation dans les chambres en haut, le rez de chaussée reste frais. Excellent accueil des propriétaires (boissons dans le frigo, attentifs à nos demandes, piscine entretenue tous les matins...). Endroit calme dans un cadre de verdure avec accès à l’autoroute rapide. Nous avons pu visiter Rome, Florence et Sienne facilement, aller à la mer, visiter des villages charmants autour de la maison, les cascades les plus hautes d’Europe. Idéal pour se régaler avec la truffe, les pâtes, pizzas et glaces. Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour avec nos 4 enfants de 9 à 19 ans.
