A family-friendly, well-equipped holiday home of approximately 300 square meters on two levels, featuring a large private pool (approx. 12 x 6 meters) and private grounds. The house is located in the countryside, about 2.5 km from Castro Marina with its small harbor and access to the sea. The medieval town of Vignacastrisi, with its cafes and restaurants, is a 10-minute walk away. The picturesque little beach of Porto Miggiano, with its white sand, turquoise waters, and sea caves sheltered by high cliffs, is 4 km away (accessible via steps).
The ground floor of the villa comprises a spacious living area with a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, moka coffee pot, as well as crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There are also three bedrooms, each with a double bed (two of which are approximately 190 x 160 cm, one approximately 200 x 180 cm), and three bathrooms with showers. A covered outdoor terrace is perfect for enjoying meals al fresco.
Upstairs, there is another living area with a double sofa bed and a single bed, as well as a small kitchenette, a connecting room with a bunk bed and a single bed (ideal for children and teenagers), a double bedroom and two bathrooms with showers.
The two floors are connected by an external staircase.
A maximum of 6 people can stay on the ground floor and a maximum of 8 people on the first floor (including sofa beds and beds in the connecting room).
The house is air-conditioned and features mosquito nets, several 32" TVs, free Wi-Fi and a washing machine.
The large, fully fenced property (approx. 3,000 sqm) is for your exclusive use. The highlight is the large pool, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and plenty of shady trees. If you are traveling with dogs, a doghouse is available for your four-legged companions. Ample private parking is available on the property.
A covered barbecue area with an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and sink completes the amenities. A separate toilet is located between the pool and barbecue area.
Several restaurants, including "Terra Mara," "La Corte degli Ulivi" and "Agriturismo Montenachiro," are within a 5-10 minute walk. A fruit and vegetable shop is also within walking distance. The nearest supermarket (Conad City in Castro) is approximately 2 km away. The beautiful old towns of Otranto, Lecce, Galatina and Gallipoli can be reached by car within approximately 30-40 minutes.
Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.
Final cleaning is not included and costs €180, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.
We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,45 on 03/02/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.
Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.
Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.
In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.
Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.
